Very happy with how my nails came out. I made an appointment online, which was very easy and honestly the reason I decided to come here. I arrived early for my appointment and got in right away. Did not have to sit and wait at all. This was a Sunday and they did not seem super busy. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Highly recommend Cendeluxe. In addition to a great pedicure that lasts, it's very clean, good massage chairs, door open so you can breathe fresh air and calming music - screen has nature pictures with the music in background. On the website it is priced $53 When it was all set and done I got asked to pay $69! they were scrambling to find a good excuse to justify the price " I am sorry it was hard gel" it was not hard gel!! Went in for a confirmed appointment at 3:30 today and no one even attempted to help or speak to me for 25 minutes. When I left, I explained to the front desk male manager that I was unhappy with the service, he looked puzzled. I have been a client at CenDeluxe for 4 years and the last two visits I have been treated with disrespect by two different technicians due to scheduling errors. The first time the technician accused me in front of all the clients of making the error myself although I specified that date would not work for me in person at the time of booking. She was aggressive and rude, and could have handled the situation in a positive way. Today a similar situation occurred with another technician when I booked 2 services via fresha incorrectly. This was my error which I apologized for but again I was treated with disrespect. Terrible dip nails. I have been getting dip on my nails for years. I previously lived in Newton and loved my nail place in Newton, but since moving to natick I tried this place since it said they did dip (not every nail salon in natick does). Typically my dip would last 2 weeks or sometimes more! My dip from this salon is already cracking apart and peeling (!!) off after TWO DAYS!! I highly do NOT recommend to dip. read more

Had an amazing gel mani/dazzle dry pedi with Nhi today! The spa is under new management and looks amazing inside, and the service is great. They also have dazzle dry and the gel bottle polish which can be hard to find at local places. Overall super relaxing, clean, and great work. Would highly recommend read more

I went in for a dip manicure. I get my nails done probably once or twice a month for several years now and I'm definitely don't like being jerked around. This place left my nails significantly shorter, lumpy, and my fingers absolutely caked in nail polish. I mentioned the product all over my fingers and was told "that will come off when you wash your hands" which I had already done in the salon and surprise- it didn't come off. When I said that, the same lady said "well it'll come off in the shower." I explained that this isn't common at the other nail salons I go to and usually they take the extra product off. She didn't respond to that at all. I can excuse the length and lumpiness as lack of experience- whatever I just won't come back- but I don't like being told that something as simple as cleaning the excess polish off my skin is my problem when I'm paying extra for a more deluxe service. That's why I'm writing a review. I know what a good manicure looks like and this was not that. They also charge $7 extra to remove your cuticles. Would've been worth it if my nails didn't look like a seven year old did them. Absolutely shocked they let customers walk out with their nails looking like this. 2 stars because at least they were quick and the salon is very clean. I still tipped 20% ($60 total) because I'm not a monster but I definitely will not be coming back. read more

My favorite nail salon! Prices are great and staff is always welcoming. The salon is VERY clean which is the first thing I look for when picking a salon. Lily is the best!! I get gel manicures and they last 3-4 weeks before it begins to chip. Their pedicure chairs are some fo the best too! The basic pedicure includes a hot stone massage which I love. read more

But this time i went to get my eyebrows done and the person who did them seemed in a rush and literally did it in 2 minutes which is a red flag. She ripped my skin off and on top of that waxed half of my eyebrow off. If she didn't have time she could've just said that and i would've understood. She was also very rude. Awful. Asked the lady to please paint chipped toenail and she asked me if I had them done there. I replied no, but was expecting and willing to pay of course. While I sat there waiting, I got to witness a small argument between her and a late employee. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Then the same woman came over and proceeded to take off my polish and paint the toe. Between each coat she would walk over to her manicure in progress and not even wash her hands or the equipment she used. Yuck. Will never go back read more

Pretty disappointed. I had a manicure and pedicure done. Both services were completed at the same time. Maybe someone pressed for time likes this, but i went to relax and enjoy being pampered. It was not relaxing in anyway. I couldn't enjoy any of the experience because i was being worked on in every direction. It felt more stressful and rushed. My manicure chipped off in 2 days, which apparently is normal they said, but it was a lot of money to only last 2 days. If I went back again, it would be to actually see how the pedicure feels. I'm pretty happy at Black N' White Nails down the street. so not sure I will bother trying again. read more

If you care about how your nails look, just go somewhere else. I am a college student who likes to have dope nails! Went here because i was close and by the time I would have gotten to my usual salon it would've been closed. Got my acrylics off in the most horrifying way. Not a drop of acetone was used just buzzed off used a tip to push mine off. One of my fingers got cut. Girl was not very nice kept throwing my hands at me and really just ignored that she cut my finger and cuticle. They just do not know what they are doing not professional and clearly do not follow a good business protocol. Asked me what shape I wanted my nails (square) and cut them extremely short obviously not square and uneven. Thought it looked like a really nice salon so not sure why the skills do not match. Sounds like I should have checked the reviews though! Yikes honestly. read more
