Hey again! I was also wondering the price range on Marvel Legends and DC Multiverse? As well as on imported ones like SH Figuarts and Mafex? I was also wondering if you sold LEGO at retail price or discounted?

Hi u would have to stop by prices are from all ranges

What is the price range for action figures? I've been looking for a place to buy action figures for more affordable prices, preferably less than $20?

We have Star Wars Black series, action figures for less than $20 And we sell a lot of used action figures or out of the packaging action figures for less than $20

How much are the hot wheels?

    $3 mostly

This is a fantastic comic book shop and so much more - action figures, games, literally anything to…read moredo with fantasy and sci-fi can be found here. If they don't have it, they'll know where to find it. Prices are reasonable and the selection is massive. Great service, very knowledable - I'd shop here every week if I lived in NYC. A definite must-visit if you're a sci-fi/comics/fantasy collectibles fan.

Good comic selection, and the atmosphere is pretty cool. Prices on comics aren't great frankly, but…read moresadly there aren't a whole lot of comic shops close so for the most part you're stuck here. Your only other option is Midtown Comics which is much better in every way. I've been going here for years though both to get stuff and to walk around, and it's still not bad. However the workers there are very rude a lot of the time. It's kind of been like this ever since I've been there. Like they're either not that willing to be helpful or they are actually straight up rude. After years of going to this place I actually saw a figure I wanted for the first time in one of the glass cases, and decided to grab one. Unfortunately there was a little small sign on the OTHER case that said don't open. After I basically got my figure out one of the employees stopped me. I profusely apologized once I realized my mistake, and still the employee told me around five times not to open even after I stepped away and apologized many times. But still I stood there and apologized for the display (a bunch of boxes). Then he gave me what I wanted (after I already basically did it myself) and then I went to the register. I then said "sorry I've been going here for years but I never got something out of the case before so I didn't know." And then another employee (who by the way was facing the case the whole time) said "It's behind glass for a reason", as if I'm in a museum. I apologized and left. The staff has been rude and entitled before but this has been my worst experience yet. Fun to walk around in, but it's hassle actually going here.

Really cool bookstore to hang out around. Tons of figurines, video games, toys, pokemon cards, and…read moreof course books. Great $1 book section. Tons of big name authors there!

Buying and Selling at Book Off What a cool store. So much to…read moresee. Unfortunately, it is lousy to sell at and expensive to buy at. First, Selling. I brought in three statue items unopened in the original packaging. I checked on ebay for what the items sold for (not asking price but sold price) and it added up to about $600, I lugged the items over there and had to leave them there because they wouldn't get to them right away. The people/kids working there were very nice. I went to have lunch and got the text to return, and they are offering $150. So I picked up the items and turned down the offer. Again, they were very nice, it's just I wasn't willing to accept 25% of the value. I figured at worst it would be 50%. But I am better off getting closer to the actual price on ebay. Now, Buying. Lots of very expensive and exiting things to get, and I didn't have time to price check things so much, but my son is into the Nintendo switch and i spotted a used Marvel VS Capcom game he might like. It was $34.95. But just in case, I pulled up Amazon and looked the game up. A brand new one costs $21.79. So it would have been a terrible idea for me to buy it there. I guess if you are leaving work and need a quick gift, you might stop in and pay too much for an item. If you are in real trouble and don't have time to wait for an Ebay sale, you might consider selling your collectables for 25% the value, this place might come in handy.
