The staff know exactly where everything is and you can find everything from handpainted minis to obscure RPG games. What it lacks and aesthetic it makes up twice fold with games, dice, etc. If you're new to the RPG community, it will look overwhelming and intimidating. They answer all questions and more importantly educate you on trucks, cars, helicopters, planes and more. I refuse to go anywhere else because they are that good. I recently had a traxxas bluetooth controller stolen from me and Danny just gave me one of his. This is exactly what Im talking about when I say I am a customer for life - period. They have tons of displays so you can actually see the vision of the model you are interested to buy. I got 7 items during my visit. With an additional pay, I got some fancy gift bags to help protect it from dust since I was going to travel it back with me. When you hit a certain spend value, ypu get freebies which in this case was a gundam seed keychain and a tamashii nation mini name card stating 2nd anniversary. We got exclusive items since as collector and buyers know, not everything can be bought online. Some items are exclusive on stores only so this was a win for us.
