Dr. Nick is a quiet healing genius. I've been seeing him for six months and my health has improved exponentially. He is uplifting and kind.

Started 3 months ago after locking up my lower back on the golf course. I had previously attended…read morea brief introduction by Olde Towne Family Chiropractic at a community event and remembered their name. I made an appointment for the evaluation. The X-rays were unbelievable and discovered that one leg was shorter than the other. My wife was amazed that I didn't have more issues, my spine was twisted in areas I never had issues with. I knew I was getting shorter, but figured it was part of aging. The reason was right in front of me on the X-rays. Started with adjustments 4 times a week, the first adjustment was amazing, I walked in the first day with lower back pain that would not go away - none of the OTC pain relief would or could make the pain stop. I left the first day with no pain in my lower back. I actually look forward to my adjustments and attending the classes on Tuesday evenings. I'm learning so much about my health and how to live a better life. I'm now down to 3 times a week, each time I learn something new, the doctors and the staff are amazing. They are genuinely concerned for each patient's health and well-being. The practice is family oriented and focused on the entire family being healthy and pain free. I learned that big pharma has always pushed their drugs - opioids as the only solution to make them rich, but the doctors at Olde Towne Chiropractic have educated me and my family that there is a better option that does not involve pills or surgery. I also immediately started using lifts (fitted by the doctors) in all my shoes including my golf shoes. The results are amazing from the adjustments, I walk better, I feel better, I don't have to use over the counter pain medication, and of course - golf. Previously, I struggled to break 100 okay a 110 on any golf course. Yes, I'm over 65, but in my past, I played very well. My distance off the tee was going down, I constantly pulled the ball to the left. Walking and carrying a golf bag was never an option. I was tired, sluggish and my back was sore by 6th or 7th hole. I'm now breaking 90 consistently and my goal of breaking 80 at least once by the fall is in sight. The best part is my wife is now a patient, and we plan on traveling and golfing together and being active for our grandchildren. Don't delay, schedule an evaluation today. You will be amazed at the difference this will make in your life.

Before I start I would like to say that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences…read moreand my personal experiences alone, so without further delay, let's begin!. This is a great place to help loosen up muscles that are tight and need to be stretched out!. I went to accompany my wife because she had done stiffness and tension that she needed worked out. But me, I was good and didn't need any work done. Here you don't have to use your insurance and have to meet a deductible or anything like that. From what I've seen you can pick a plan that works best for you. You can pay with a debit or credit card. You can also make payments with your FSA and HSA if you choose to. So basically you have options, and we all like options, at least most of us do!. Honestly this session didn't work for me, I didn't feel any different than when I went in there the other day, so unless I have a specific area I want worked out, then I'll sit out until that day comes. Until then I'm good! I will add the chiropractor I had was so kind and willing to ask any questions I had, she was awesome! Will I return if needed? Most definitely!!!..

I was seen by DC Kevin Conover in Suffolk for a visit, and the experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. After making an adjustment, he asked me how I felt but didn't allow me time to answer and immediately assumed I was trying to hide my pain. He spoke to me in a demanding, lecturing tone, as if I were his child -- which he explicitly referenced by mentioning that his child has similar chiropractic issues to mine -- despite the fact that I am a full grown adult, and absolutely not his child. I was peppered with questions but not given space to actually respond. When I tried to discuss my X-ray results, he quickly defaulted to citing his credentials and experience rather than allowing me to share additional, relevant medical information from other imaging and providers. The interaction felt more focused on "I've seen it all" than on listening to me as a patient. I am very informed about my medical history, have seen chiropractors for over a decade, and am routinely in communication with my physician for medical care. I have never experienced a chiropractor who made me feel so silenced and talked down to. Instead of feeling heard and supported, I felt scolded and pressured -- including being pushed toward monthly visits that I am voluntarily paying for. As a patient who is informed and engaged in my own care, I was ignored, talked over, and lectured. I needed this chiropractor to listen so that care can be delivered safely, especially given that some of my concerns are not strictly skeletal, and could be impacted by skeletal manipulation. I did not feel my voice would be respected here. I will be canceling my membership and will not be returning. If you value being heard and respected as a patient, this may not be the right place for you.

Friendly Staff and Knowledgeable Chiropractor…read more 1. Friendly Staff. The staff who run the front office are amazing. They have good systems at this clinic and booking appointments is effortless. Beyond that, the staff are very friendly to the point where you can make conversation with them and they will actually listen to you and talk to you like you're a human being. Believe it or not, that's rare in today's society. Booking an appointment and being seen yesterday was an amazing experience with such great people manning the front office of this clinic! 2. Knowledgeable Chiropractor. Being seen by Dr. Ryan was the best chiropractic experience! He's very methodical! He pinpointed and went to work on the exact issue I was experiencing by (1) asking me a collection of questions involving the how, what, when, and where of the pain I've been feeling. And (2) from there he evaluated me by having me do a plethora of motions and rate the pain level on each. (3) From there I got to lie on this amazing roller bed that was literally an automated, high quality back massager (felt so amazing!). (4) Lastly, Dr. Ryan gave me an adjustment efficiently and effectively suited to my situation. (5) Dr Ryan explained the applicable clinical factors of what I'm experiencing and why and gave me advisory on how to get the best recovery. He finished our discussion with a roadmap of how consistently he would like to see me and for how long. The amazing staff helped me book my next appointment. Pricing was reasonable and affordable considering the top-tier services and advisory I received. Very professional, clean, and effective clinic. Highly recommend. Would give 6 stars if I could!
