Our information was sent off, accepted, and we received our money quickly. We had a portal with all of our paperwork that we could access to keep up w/ the filing process. This year filing was the same minus the Zoom call. I really like the ease of uploading everything to the portal. The business is on top of things as far as communicating via email and phone calls which is helpful when you're dealing with the stress of taxes.
