    they are not an honest shop. They took advantage of a coworker.. they replaced a thermostat housing…read moreafter I sent just the thermostat . He could have just swapped them but instead decided to order a whole new one. The car was in for over heating and he said he pressure tested it.. there is no way because the water outlet housing was cracked all the way up and through on both lines . coolant would have been spraying everywhere or blown them apart.. the hoses were soft and needed replaced. I called to discuss the bill and he got mad and started trying to add more .. he said he didn't charge for the thermostat housing that was gonna be another 60$.. I told him no you will get it back we put a stainless aftermarket thermostat housing on and a stainless water outlet housing on and replaced hoses . The turbo had NOTHING to do with the car overheating!!! Yet he charged 135$ for a turbo kit and 400$ for turbo labor when a simple basic pressure test on the coolant would have exposed the leak.... You could smell the antifreeze and see the leak! Anyways she paid 772.55$ for NOTHING a thermostat housing she didn't need.. the antifreeze and a turbo kit that I'd love to see receipts on... because it's not there.. I looked .. she has a car that still overheated... he fixed nothing and him and the lady cussed us out when we questioned the bill and work.. it was leaking this bad when she took the car in.. I have before and after pics of the car..

They completed the courtesy service and told me they didn't have the oil filter for my car. They told me to go to Auto Zone to get one and come back. They said they would get me right in and it would take 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I asked if they finished with my car. They said they're just bringing it in now. I reminded them that they said they would work on it immediately when I returned from Auto Zone. I then asked how long would it take. They said 45 minutes. I reminded them that they told me it would take 15 minutes. I was there for over 2 and a half hours.

    Had my oil changed on Saturday in which they stated they needed to remove the engine splash guard…read more While we were waiting i noticed a couple of technicians were looking around my car. They had trouble finding several items after they changed the oil. Finally when everything was located, they said we were ready but handed us the wrong keys.(Thankfully someone had thrown them in the back seat which was lucky since that is the only key I had for my car). After we finally left, just 2 days later I found my engine splash guard lying in my driveway under my car! Found 2 extremely bent bolts (don't have any clue where the others went) and my engine splash guard is torn. I took it back out to walmart to show them what happened just be told by the manager (who was very rude)in that department " what do you want us to do, we can put it back on for you." Even after showing her it was torn was told "we can put it back on." It was like she wasn't even listening! If it would have been put on correctly this would have never happened! What if it would have came off while going down the freeway causing an accident? I let her know (even though know i will have to pay for someone else to do)I would be taking it elsewhere so I can be sure is put on correctly!

    Awful product availability/ customer service. We came to get a new key cut for our car so we would…read morehave a spare. Realized they didn't have it in stock after we got there, so they had to order one and asked us to come back. They call about a week later letting us know the key arrived, but the guy cutting it dropped it while cutting it and it wouldn't fit in our ignition. So they had to order more again. We wait another week, come back after they called to tell us that it was finally in... And the only person that was working in that store is not a technician qualified to cut a key, so for the third time we left without the key. We have already paid for the key... and have been waiting almost a month at this point and still don't have the dang key. So frustrating.

    Two weeks ago a nice customer service helping to order a key fob ; and supposed they will call us…read moreto bring the car ; we wait one week and nobody call us , then we called and the person at that moment just said the trailer with the stuff will arrive Tuesday then we wait again nobody call then we call again and the last guy just telling your key fob didn't arrive and if we want a refund . So after two weeks with no attention to the customer comes with it so disappointed . Was wrong instead to call why is the reason the key fob was not here or more information . But to don't be bother him was easy just said you want your refund .I hope the management has an answer and solve this issue
