Sooo professional !!!…read more I can't say enough about the treatment my car and I both received from KP Auto Body. Right from the very kind receptionist to the owner and Luis. They arranged the rental car and even an extension as I was out of town a few days and couldn't pick it up at the appointed time. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was greeted by Luis who took me into their shop and went over step by step exactly what was done. They took all my stress away from getting my vehicle assessed, repaired and handed back to me like a super shiny brand new vehicle....it was amazing.... really!! If you want a no worry experience getting your car repaired after a collision these gentlemen at KP,s Auto Body Shop are the ones to do it. I really have to say my treatment felt like I was dealing with a company that treated myself and my vehicle as if it was their very own! Thank you guys for a 10 Star job.

Whenever I get into one of those unfortunate car accidents, the first place I think of when having…read moremy dings and dents repaired is K P. They are an "ICBC Accredited" shop, so any minor accident that was not your fault, and was no hit and run, you complained of no bodily injury, and ICBC has waved the deductible on you, most likely you will not even have to go to the claim centres, as when you tell them on the phone, you can just go here. A big shop, where the entrance for a car is on the back alley, which is really close to Brittania Secondary. Any body work that needs to be done, they do a great job in restoring your car back to what it should be looking like. The workers are helpful in explaining what they did after you pick up your car, are very thorough from front to back. The guy who runs the shop (Kevin) is very friendly, and over the years of coming here, he knows who I am, and all his clientele, and not treating you just as another number going through his shop. They have courtesy cars here, that are a bit older, but they have them, but what really sets this shop apart from the rest is the service, attitude, and care that take on working on your car. They are very honest as well!

I am disgusted with Korva Collision. They did a repair to my car door in 2017 on an ICBC claim…read more They charged thousands and thousands of dollars to ICBC for the repair. I just found out the floor under my mat on passenger front side has been absolutely soaking wet and rotting since then because during the repair Korva damaged the vapour barrier and put the car door back together that way. The vapour barrier was in perfectly good shape before they did the repair. The damage they were repairing was to the outside shell of the door. They had to put on a new door shell and in order to do that they had to take the door apart. During that process they damaged the vapour barrier but still put it back together even though they knew it was damaged. There is no way I could have known because it's all inside the door. The water has been getting in through my door since they did the damage in 2017 but because it was under the mat I didn't know. I just had to pay over $300 to get the vapour barrier damage they caused fixed by another shop. When I explained the problem to Korva and asked them to reimburse me they told me to go to ICBC to get it covered. I couldn't believe it. They are telling me that they want to pass the costs on to ICBC despite the fact it was their mistake and shoddy workmanship. I gave them pictures of the damaged vapour barrier but they refuse to take responsibility for the damage they caused. This is an example of the reason our car insurance premiums with ICBC are going through the roof.

Had a hit and run that needed to be repaired. Sucks that you need to pay the deductible for…read moresomething that you didn't do, but that's another review. Picked AutoMind because of my friend's suggestion. My experience with body shops have not been good, so I was pretty surprised that the office was relatively clean and each rep had their own desk I could sit and chill as they process my paperwork. The guy hands me an iPad. "What. You want me to play games as I wait?" No. Instead, they had a cute little cartoon thing explaining what will be happening to my vehicle. Not only was I surprises that a body shop would even know what an iPad was (Most I've been to have been pretty low tech), it was a hoot that they went as far as creating cartoon videos to explain to customers what is going on. Got my car looked at and made an appointment to come back and drop it off for repair. When I dropped off my car, the AutoMind rep also showed me how I can use my iPhone to see the photos of my car and see what stage my car is at in their shop. Then they had someone from Enterprise pick me up to get my temporary car. Got a car I've wanted to try out for a few days. When I went back to pick up my car, more paperwork and another iPad cartoon telling me something about my warrantee. I checked over the work. Couldn't tell I got hit (Guess that means a good job). And they also vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my car (With 2 kids, it had gotten mighty dirty with pieces of stuck dried fruit in various locations). The work was pretty good, and those cartoons were pretty funny. What got me was the fact that they put in a lot of effort and tech stuff into the customer side, with the cartoons and the iPhone login thing to look at my car. All in all, it was a pretty smooth and funny experience. But it still sucks that you need to pay the deductible for something that you didn't do...
