I was initially given my vehicle back before the full problem was identified, only to have to return it because a major repair was still needed. Since then, there have been additional delays simply because communications weren't being checked or acted on, leaving necessary repairs sitting untouched. I should not have to constantly follow up or physically come to the shop just to make sure someone is checking messages and moving my repair forward. Meanwhile, I'm continuing to incur additional transportation and rental expenses because of these delays. Customers should not have to manage the repair shop themselves to get their vehicle properly fixed. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
