Disgusting fried clams. I'm very disappointed. This is New Hampshire and only 20 miles from the SEACOAST. I can't imagine where they purchase their seafood but it was not at all fresh and certainly not local. The clams were tuff and I couldn't even chew through 75% of what i attempted to eat. read more

We've order from here a few times. Pizza is a bit salty for my taste but it's good. I've really enjoyed their salads and apps. Sometimes it can get really busy so we normally try to just pick it up. Glad to have another option in Raymond with a large menu. read more

The food is good, but the service is terrible! Time and time again whether we call in or use their online ordering and whether it's pickup or delivery they get our order wrong! In the beginning we thought it must be just because they just opened. But every single time we place an order something is wrong or missing! And getting the missing item is ridiculous!!! In one instance they forgot the potato salad we'd ordered, then brought pasta salad instead and finally on the third try they delivered..more pasta salad! By that time we'd finished dinner two hours earlier so it wasn't worth calling again. Tonight we ordered two of the Lamb Tip salads - the main reason we've kept going back. But instead of the hot, juicy, large pieces of lamb tip we are used to getting we received two salads with little pieces of ice cold meat. (Beef? Lamb? Who knows, it was completely tasteless!!) When we called, as usual, it took a few minutes before the girl who answered decided to get a manager. He finally figured out that they were out of the lamb tips! Why didn't any one call us to see if we'd like to order something else instead of arbitrarily changing the order themselves? The only answer was silence!! In the end all they could come up with, again, is that "they'll make it right next time". There are plenty of other places around here that know what customer service is, so there will NOT be a next time for Nicks!! Save your money, save your frustration ... go any where else. read more

You get a good amount of food but my wife and I have both been sick due to two separate dishes and which contained chicken. Not sure if it's a low quality meat, improper handling practices or if a food inspector needs to get in there and do a walkthrough. read more

Underwheled by our dining experience at this new Raymond, NH restaurant. The service was very slow. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees. The entrees arrived at two different times, mine first since my husband was eating the appetizer. Consequently, I was halfway through my dinner before his was delivered. Other than water, they had no unsweetened beverages options. We both had fried seafood entrees with French fries and everything was flavorless. No seasoning in the breading for the fish and shrimp and not even salt on the fries. We had heard good things but were disappointed. read more

Oddly the cheese pizza was delivered first when I questioned about the sandwich & rings I was told pizza was coming out faster! 10 minutes later the rest of my order came! 20 minutes before we were done at 6:29 pm I ordered a to go order...Roast Beef & small FF. I finally went up at 7:20 pm and was told it wasn't ready! 3 minutes later I received my order! If you place an order an the wait is LONG YOU SHOULD INFORM THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!! Just tried Nick Place for the first time in an attempt to satisfy my craving for a cheeseburger. I couldn't be happier. Best I've ever had. Two burgers with fried onion and it was terrific. The sweet potato fries were also excellent and my husband's teriyaki stir fry was amazing and is enough for 2 meals. We will definitely be back very soon! read more

The best gluten free subs! I hadn't been able to get a gluten free sub for years. Their sub rolls are AMAZING. They're huge, not dry, and they don't fall apart when you eat them. I can't guarantee there isn't cross contamination, but I've never had a problem. We drive from Allenstown just to go there. Every time we go, I get a plain sub roll to go to save for later. Highly recommend for anyone gluten free! read more

It's too bad I have to leave a 2 star review because the food here is always good, when we actually get it that is. My family orders from here weekly and almost every single time we get the wrong order, or something is missing. This time we ordered and the delivery got here , 15 minutes later than he should have been and didn't even have the order. We called and supposedly the other driver had the order. He was "right around the corner and would be here soon" another 20 minutes go by and we called again to just cancel the order because at this point we are sick of waiting and aggravated. They said oh they just remade the food it'll be there soon. Well I'm sorry but waiting 2 hours for a delivery order is ridiculous. Just last week they forgot a sandwich in our delivery order and took 45 minutes to get here. Even when we get it in the restaurant to go, they've messed our order up . There are other places in town to order from and that's what my family will be doing from now on. Which is too bad because we order weekly. We have given this restaurant more than a few chances to get it right and they just won't. Sorry!! read more
