And I discovered a bathroom sink without shut off valves. So, I needed those two items rectified. Further, I'm pretty well versed in plumbing as I would have/should have been 4th generation plumber... but I digress. This plumbing, effing weird. Shut off valves like everywhere. I mean, TWO main lines. Who does that?! And the water softener only goes to the hot water, again... who does that?! I suppose previous owners didn't want soft water to utility supplies, such as spigots and the basement cement sink. Which I get, as that is expensive and a waste. Okay, I'm off topic. I needed someone to walk me through the guts of my house to ensure I wasn't going mad. Nope, it's the house. Tactical plumbing had a lot of positive reviews and that is always a good sign! I called and Aaron picked up, he was friendly, communicative and professional. He told me he could come out the next day to fix my issue. Gave me a verbal estimate, which he held to at the end of the small project. Aaron arrived in the window of time which he said he would. He even had to leave to go get the correct part number, but was only gone for minutes. All in all, he was quick and seemed to perform quality work. The paperwork said his work had a 30 day warranty, which is reassuring. I also asked him a barrage of questions about the spigots and also some other things having to do with valves on my faucets (for some potential future work)....He was very transparent with me and took a few minutes to share with me a ton of useful information which I found very helpful.
