So I finally flipped after he yelled at me multiple times he was so unprofessional. I called Robert and he gave me a quote upfront and set up an appointment for me to get my car towed the next day, first thing in the morning. It was not an easy extraction. The wheel had to come off and the car had to be towed out at an angle. But Robert made it look easy. I highly recommend using Hi Tech if you need a tow out of a difficult situation.
