The kicker I got was good I got 1000 w kicker it sounds nice.. they accidently broke my lightning kit in my suv 35.$ Didn't admit to it.. pretty sure they did tho.. They should have called me to tell me the 15 sub I paid for didn't fit.. but didnt.. not good communication skills but they worked it out with me and I got a 12 truck box.. It sounds good so I'm happy. They are reasonable and will work with you to work things out.. good sound system. Overall ok just work with them to get what you like.. paid 900. I went to the shop 09/08/25 to have my dash cam hardwired to my car. Xavier tech finished job in less than half and hour. My camera does not record when in parked mode. Owner stated it's my cheap camera. My camera as 89.99 I don't think that is cheap. I filed with the BBB to try and recoup my 130.00 that I paid the owner never responded and case was close. Was looking for a JVC unit which they didn't have in stock but the technician recommended the 3000NEX which was my backup option and comparable to the JVC unit so they were very knowledgeable and informed about the products they carry but all in all it was a quality visit just had to wait a few days for a part to come in but other than that I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and love it already! read more

Had a stereo they sold me installed everything went okay stereo worked but noticed my air bag light was on after stereo installation as I drove off it's was an older car but still made me irate, the installer didn't say anything knowing damn good and well the light wasn't on but was after. Had a diagnostic done for $175 and then received a bill for $550. I just wish I could have gotten a phone call with some communication and options since I'm on a budget and was lead to believe it would be around $175. For that price I would have bought a new radio and started over rather than have an improved problem. People working there were nice and friendly just need communication and not a surprise bill that's all. read more

Loved that they didn't just immediately pressure me before or even after to purchase anything. They did suggest speakers down the road, so I will definitely be coming back to get them! Much care was taken to remove from my vehicle and leave no signs that it was ever there. Install was professional and sounds fantastic. Please do not take your car here. I hate to leave a bad review but I want to warn people not to come here. Very poor installation of my alarm. Not all features were installed, and charged me $500 to lossly connect 8 wires. Installed the siren to where it wasn't even loud. I re-did the connections and mounted the siren correctly. I called to ask about why the starter interrupt was installed and they didn't even know what I was talking about and instantly got mad. Very poor customer service. I had a stereo shop for a few decades and when a customer comes back you kiss their butt to make them happy. But not at Nick's. They don't care one but that they did a crappy job. I bought this Alpine Stereo about 5 years ago and was not able to really understand how to hook it up and didn't have the $200 at the time Okay so yesterday I had him install it for $210 with tax was not happy that I talked to a technician and specifically asked him to make sure that he's hooked up my cigarette light bulb. He did not put back the four screws that hold the radio in the dash he only put in 3 screws. The technician pulled the car back around to the front parking lot. He didn't put my ashtray back in. I told the guy in the back if you had any questions please just talk to me. You've been back here for with my car for about 45 minutes now you're done and you want $210 and you didn't do everything that I asked for!!!! I would never come back here to have anything done because it seemed like they didn't care the about my car. Its is an old vehicle and I was bringing them a radio from somewhere else and they kind of just had an attitude. I took my pretty old vehicle (1991) in to get an updated stereo. As far as pricing goes, I don't know a lot about these kinds of products and the labor which accompanies it but they did an amazing job for what I thought was a decent price. If I could put negative stars I would. I paid $500 for a USED $69 radio pioneer MVH-S310BT and supposedly 4 new speakers. Something about the sound of the speakers sucks. The sound is just bad. The install job and final look is great. The problem is the person that sold this to me. I was not told he was putting a USED radio in my car, he led me to believe it was new, as I expected I thought that made clear. I was given absolutely NO direction on how to operate it. After I paid it was like I was trash to him. If you are not On the top of your game STAY AWAY FROM NICKS sales person. HE is a SNAKE. But like I said, the installation person did a really good job. 2 weeks ago I came in the shop in need of an amp and was given one at a decent price. I thought real hard about what happened next and my conclusion is that he must have taken a gander at the wad I had in my wallet, because the next day i came in to buy some subs and he charged me 800 dollars for 2 fifteen mofos and a box. I looked up the price after I left and they are selling for 150 dollars. I wasnt given a reciept for my purchase and the 15s are locked up. Mind you these 15s were already in the box wired up... who knows where they came from. So now I'm about to go back up there and see if he will make my 800 dollar purchase right. read more

First and foremost I will start off by saying that I rarely write reviews, it takes a lot generally on the extreme side be it good or bad for me to feel the need to make a review. First product I had installed was a kicker hideaway amp which ended up giving me some issues. I took it back into Nicks and spoke with Nick directly, he was extremely understanding and down to earth and went out of his way to make things right. After speaking with the man that did the install, I can say with 100% confidence the man knows what he is doing but stuff happens sometimes and nobody is perfect. What matters is that the issue was fixed and they have gained my business and I will be recommending these guys to my friends. I wish I had something good to say about my experience here. I went in to purchase something as a recommendation from another company, and came out with nothing. The person I spoke with went on to downgrade the company who sent me their way! After much irritation on both of our parts, he tried to pass the buck to another employee from the back. His selling tactic was argumentative! Funny thing is after all of that, he says he can order what I came in for. It was because of his rude attitude, that I didn't want to do business there.
