This time I had the chance to work with Elsa and I was blown away by the level of expertise. Just some simple measurements and she was able to build out my entire kitchen without ever stepping foot into it. She knew how to layout a kitchen with her eyes closed and knew exactly the problems I had without even asking. She nailed every measurement and design and when it came time to actually measuring our my space, barely anything changed. She is that good. They worked with me and my contractor every step of the way. Very responsive and very supportive - from my sink, to the fridge, to the stove vent, she was patient, answered all my questions, provided recommendations and was never pushy about anything. The quality was fantastic, her teams are all experts, and we could not be happier. Best of all, there was no need to "shop around." She gave me the best price up front and it was one that can't be beat. She had every timing set from cabinet design, order to delivery and countertop measurements and install. They made an otherwise stressful reno feel like a breeze. I highly highly recommend Forever Kitchen & Bath - you will not be disappointed at all.

While we had no issues during the process, shortly after the floor was sinking in multiple places. The contractor returned and placed a saddle in one area. Saddles were included in my contract (two separate contracts one for materials and one for labor), so we had paid for both even though they initially didn't use saddles. There was no refund given for the unused materials and work that was never done. They returned again to "lift" the kitchen subfloor. At this point they had to remove the new LVP, so they used our warranty to replace the flooring. The floor continues to sink in multiple areas. They suggested placing multiple saddles throughout my floor. They claimed the floor manufacturer said I needed them, so I don't know why I wasn't told or why it wasn't done during the initial installation. I asked when they open the floor and see the subfloor is unlevel would they do the honorable thing and return my money to me so I can have my floor repaired. I was told the subfloor is level and we are no longer discussing it. They hold no accountability. On top of all of this, they have photos of my home including personal information of where we live, personal details of our family and refuse to take it down. What customer ever wants this!? They have now blocked me on social media, and fail to communicate responsibly. All I would like is the money returned to me for the flooring that is now garbage because they have to take it apart to level underneath, the money paid to do the work that wasn't done correctly, reimbursement for what was paid out but never used. This is a major inconvenience to have to go through construction again. This has been dragged out too long, own up to your mistakes and Do the right thing. be warned and stay far away from this company.

Lin set up the appointment, Michelle came over to price out the job and take measurements and design the layout and Mr. Xeno and his crew did the work. Amazing people and amazing results! Lin keeps all the details straight, she's organized and smart. Michelle is the kitchen and design whisperer, with subtle suggestions on color, design and layout even when we changed things around multiple times. Then Zeno and his crew - Argentina, Socrates, Brian, Luis - neat, efficient and respectful of our home. So nice. Plus when our scope creeped to include a new foyer, staircase, master suite, roof repair AND wallpaper install - they took it all in stride and finished all of it in under 5 weeks. Shout out to Socrates who finessed the paint on the walls and the stain on the new staircase. I needed to replace my kitchen countertop. Did a search for kitchen remodeling and found Galant…read more I was feeling a little awkward visiting a business that does complete kitchen remodeling when all I needed was a new countertop. However, I got a good feeling as soon as I entered and was greeted by Rich, the owner. I explained that I just wanted a quartz countertop and my backsplash replaced. I didn't mention anything about a budget, and I was pleased that he didn't try to steer me to the more expensive products and then try to work down from there. We set up an appointment for him to take rough measurements to get a cost estimate, which was less than I expected based on another estimate I received in which the first thing the salesperson did was try to upsell me. I decided to go ahead with the project. A few days later, the final measurements were taken. We set up an appointment for and had the old countertop and backsplash removed. His crew was on time and did a good removal job and cleanup. Rich told me that I would get the new countertop and the backsplash would be installed within 10 days. Seven days later they were installed, very professionally and clean. One concern I had was that there had to be a seam because of the size of the countertop and I thought it would be visible. To my surprise, the seam was undetectable. They did the plumbing work and everything worked perfectly. I would highly recommend that Galant be considered when doing a kitchen remodel.
