They both kept a level head and Marissa sorted out all of the paper work. And John was then able to quickly pull the items for pick up. The cost from Consumers to replace a door or panel is ridiculously high. Not worth the cost. I've learned my lesson. Save your time and money and buy quality cabinets from a different establishment. Shame on Consumers for selling such Low quality cabinets.
