I purchased a top of the line shower. I showed Phillip pictures of my shower angles and requested…read morethat they come and measure and they said that they do not need to as this is a standard install. Philip recommended that the door be installed in the outer edge of the saddle. Phillip said it would take 3 weeks and must pay in full! After 4 weeks I requested an update and was treated condescendingly by the office staff. Now 6 weeks later they arrived to install and the depth of the shower is too big for the outer edge of my saddle. The width which he requested from me is correct - Phillip "the professional" never requested any info on the saddle Now Philip wants me to pay more money for a larger door to fit the additional inch that is needed to install the door on the inside edge of the saddle where it will fit according to the installer. And wants me to wait another 2 weeks He refuses to refund my money, citing contracts and potential lawsuits and refuses to even split the $300 difference on the cost of the slightly larger door. Bullies, Poor customer support, poor logistics and rude staff! Save your money and go to Lowe's where they stand by their products

Price was in line with what I wanted to pay and the door I wanted was in stock, within 2 days it was installed. The installation was super smooth, the polite 2 person crew showed up on time, were clean and careful around my home. In and out in about an hour. No surprises with this purchase and install, exactly what I expected.

When they asked why I was there I told them why. The salesperson was upset because his current victims/customers were there and overheard. He showed up at my house to do his best to embarrass me. From my driveway, he started to yell at me that I cost him business. This time I have a ring doorbell to catch his unprofessional possibly steroid induced behavior. He cost himself business by being a liar. The owner came by my house after this fiasco and offered me paint so I could paint my door the BLACK color that I initially ordered. He had the gall to say that the espresso/black color went better with my house anyway. My house was under renovation so he proved my point-I'm not trying to match the current color. I'm matching what it will be. Lastly, the fancy keypad doorknob they sold me was not installed correctly because the door would not close!!! They came back to fix it to loosen the screws to accommodate the misalignment. I wasted over $10000 on this poor excuse of a business. RUN. It is not worth it to do business with this company. They also need promised satisfaction guaranteed but they don't mean the customer-they are only concerned with themselves. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Yelp Using Royal…read morewindows and doors has been a disappointing experience. We really believed we would have an excellent experience and the best customer service since we were paying top prices for customized doors. After we paid $25,000, we call with some problems with the two French doors. The screens on both doors did not work properly, the weather stripping ribbed off and one of the handles on the doors was stripped. Right after installation we recognize the poor customer service. We called, we emailed, we basically pleaded for them to help us with our concerns, however, the typical response from Salon was "let me look into it and call you back". And then he never would called back. Two years of poor customer service, it has been frustrating.

Simplex's customer service is simply outstanding! The owner of this multigenerational company,…read moreTony, is currently trying to figure out window treatments for unusual windows. It is not something he typically handles because of the window design, nor does anybody else for that matter, and yet he is going out on a limb for me. He has gone the extra mile so far wracking his brain, spending time researching potential options, conversing with various vendors, keeping me in the loop every step of the way...... for a job that may not even materialize. That speaks volumes! I would love to hire Simplex to do the job because I have never experienced such an outstanding work ethic. Hopefully Tony will come up with a solution that will accommodate the windows because this exceptional treatment is a rarity in today's workforce.

During the pandemic , they came, observed all current CDC precautions to measure and gave advice and selections. Deposit was made and order was placed. Cleaned up after themselves and seamlessly replaced our old sliding doors without disturbing the stucco siding. We could not be more pleased.

In 2022, I got two bedroom windows (see previous review) and then this week, I got a new sliding patio door/backdoor and a kitchen window (awning style). I received three quotes for the sliding glass door. Andersen quoted me at $6,800 (of course, it was $9,700 but then their magical discounts brought it into the high 6's) and Power quoted me at $5,800 (of course, if I signed RIGHT THEN AND THERE, it would be $5,100 only). They also both told me that it would be 7-10 weeks for install. Window World quoted me at around $4,000 for the door and within 3 weeks of putting down a deposit, I had a new door and window. The door is perfect and has built-in blinds that open/shut and raise/lower. The window is gorgeous - I took their recommendations and went with the awning-style window instead of one that goes up and down (they called this Double Hung). Absolutely fantastic service from Bill and Matt, as well. The installation took about 3 hours and was done perfectly.
