I have a lot of weird dental and medical quirks that had to be addressed. At no point did I feel like I was a bother, or too much trouble, or difficult. In fact, the opposite. My quirks were validated, confirmed, and addressed. Thank you! There really isn't much I can say that hasn't already been said. Oh - if you are concerned because it is impossible to find even the slightest negative or even less than stellar review - don't be. Brooks Dental Studio really is that amazing. I also had a crown done here, and unlike other offices where it takes two separate appointments, they completed everything in one visit thanks to their new, modern equipment. It saved me so much time and was incredibly convenient. The office itself is always immaculately clean, the staff are professional yet warm, and the overall experience feels like everything is done at the highest level. Every time I come here, I leave with a smile (literally and figuratively). It's rare to find a dental office where you actually look forward to your next appointment, but this is one of those places!

My daughter recently had a bicycle accident causing trauma to three of her upper permanent teeth. So scary! Dr Khan and her team were absolutely amazing, they stayed open late to see us right away and got my daughters teeth back into place. (Not an easy task) Dr Khan did additional preventative measures as she has a mix of primary and permanent teeth. We now have a plan for our future treatment and things are going better than we thought they would. I credit this all to Dr Khan and her team for the efficient emergency repairs and follow up. Sometimes our mouths change and adapt in ways we don't anticipate, and although the process has been frustrating at times, I've never felt like the team stopped trying to find the best solution. What has stood out to me most is Dr. Kang's commitment to doing things thoroughly rather than taking the easiest or fastest route. She's been willing to reassess my bite, remake crowns when she wasn't completely satisfied with them, and continue working toward a result that feels right instead of settling for "good enough." Dr. Kang, Dr. Ellis, and their entire staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and compassionate. They worked hard to make sure I got my smile back almost exactly as it was before. When there was a tiny hiccup along the way (that wasn't even their fault!), they were quick to make it right. I had spent a long time avoiding the dentist because I was afraid of being judged. This team completely changed that experience for me. SHOCKINGLY TO ME: a crown is removed, a brand new one created, and installed IN ONE APPOINTMENT! Today's technology used at Petrie uses a camera to 3d your crown and tooth area and the result: perfect. Prior history, I had to have the crown adjusted when high points become noticed. Here, my crown is the best fit ever in my life and at one appointment. Prior replacements required two appointments and more work to create a crown. Reminders are nicely made to avoid forgetting an appointment too. Simply a happy customer for a good reason: nothing could be done better.

After all this time, I have been going to my appointment and didn't missed once and they told me that I have to pay a fee of $50 for those times I missed. I told them, no thanks, I'll go somewhere else that have more empathy to working nurses that prone to get sick every now and then. My kiddo is on my insurance and we both are PPO and my mom is on medicare. We will take our business elsewhere with empathy and understanding. If you have PPO, they will treat you better than if you have state insurance. Be warn!
