As far as the care, I'm sure it was a 50-50 chance the doctor took to pull out one of my teeth that he thought was giving me pain even though I said it was the back tooth. Lo and behold got a new four tooth bridge and it ends up being the back tooth that still has pain. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended. I will be going elsewhere to continue my care.

Ericka performed the majority of my initial appointment to prepare for my root canal, and it went by quickly and efficiently. She's a pleasure to talk to and she clearly explained my case and alongside Dr. West, explained the plan for the root canal My root canal performed by Dr. West was ENTIRELY pain free. I was very comfortable during the whole procedure and could tell that he was being very thorough. It is evident that he takes tremendous pride in his work, and he has a beautiful office and practice to show for it. It's definitely no accident that his team is comprised of the kind, communicative people I had the pleasure of interacting with; dental work/root canals can be stressful, but I never once felt stressed in his team's care. The billing department was simple to work with and handled my insurance seamlessly.
