I booked about 4 months in advance and received a confirmation email. The night before, I never got a text or email to confirm my booking but trusted that since I received a confirmation email that they would show up. Sure enough, 5 minutes pass from the agreed upon time and no one has showed up. I text Miranda and she says they just got into a car accident (which is what happened to another reviewer below and now seems oddly suspicious). Regardless, she says someone should be there in an hour. About an hour and a half later, someone finally shows up. Massages were great but already ruined the day with the lateness. Miranda agreed to refund the cost of the bachelor's massage, but it has now been nearly a month since the booking and no refund has been given. Overall, good massages but not worth the hassle of unreliability.
