Kate is very skilled and was able to work out some extremely tight knots on my back and shoulders. Once she was done I felt like I could even breathe better. She knows her craft and was able to give some suggestions for how I can continue to heal this part of my body moving forward. Her vibe is warm, kind and knowledgeable. A friend found Kate for me when I was having a bad migraine. She got me in quickly and her home office is lovely and easy to get to from Hwy 62. First off, Kate is a healer, not just a massage therapist. She works holistically and takes account of everything the client is experiencing.
