I went back and forth with the owner, Mia, via email, which is why I decided to post this review. She wasn't willing to truly listen to my concerns. Like I mentioned before, I've never experienced anything like this. At first, she said she would be happy to refund me, but then she changed her mind and refused. Without my permission, she somehow obtained my personal phone number and called me directly. During this call, she verbally assaulted me cussing at me repeatedly, using the F-word, and verbally threatening me. I have no idea how she got my number, and the experience was extremely disturbing and intimidating. I filed a police report. Please look below at a screenshot of a message that I was sent on yelp telling me I have mental problems. I have never reviewed another business and a negative way. I've never experienced such harassment .. I would strongly recommend staying far away from these people. read more

I loved my massage. They welcomed our last minute walk in. It was weird to have to pay first but that's what we had to do. So I added the tip to it prior to knowing if they deserve it or not. To my surprise, I really enjoyed my massage. My masseuse was very accommodating and really worked my body. I had such great thoughts for a review and was ready to give them a 5 star review. However, when we started to walk out, they chased after us, pointed at one of us and told her to go back in. We thought she forgot something. So we walked back. She said to her "where's the tip?" We told all three of them we already tipped on the credit card payment. They all held our transaction receipt and was pointing at another one of us. She tipped the lady in cash. After 5 minutes of pointing and confusion, they realized that we tipped them. That was so ridiculous and unprofessional. The front desk should've told them that we already paid and tipped them. I love getting massages during my self care days and was hoping that this local spot would provide some relaxation. The front desk was pretty nice and even suggested that I upgrade my 60 min massage to 90 min because there was a discount available. I accepted, paid for both the service and tip, and was taken back to the room. After laying down the masseuse arrived maybe 5 min later. She started right away which I appreciate, but the massage was pretty light in pressure. I could have spoken up about it, but I didn't want to interrupt her flow. Midway through the massage (still facing down) , I don't know how this happened, but I started to get a headache since my head was no longer aligned with the headrest. I tried to adjust, but it was just super uncomfortable. For the rest of the massage, I feel like I was struggling to get comfortable again and next thing I know, that was the end of the massage. Overall, the place was nice and clean, but I had just an ok experience. I was kind of taken aback when I started walking back to the front and, the front desk lady asked if I wanted to tip. Massage. 7/10. Receptionist 1/10. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. Had to tell her 3 separate times that my wife didn't want a massage. Twice on the phone and once in person. After I was done she got incredibly rude when I gave the tip. Watch out because she tries to bully and shame you into giving a higher tip no matter how much you give. She keeps asking you if the massage was good then asks why the tip is so low. Wasn't aware that 20% was low... Totally ruins the experience and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Hello everyone My girlfriend and I came here to get a good quality massage and when we called they were able to book us for an appointment right away. We arrived ten minutes late because a storm had hit 29 palms, but they called us back and followed up with us and were more than understanding about us showing up a little bit late. When we arrive the front desk greeted us and took care of us immediately. The massage service was extraordinary. I had my doubts about any massage places out here in the desert, but this one really impressed me. They located all the spots on our bodies that needed some work (and they didn't even have to ask us ). They also asked how strong we would like the massage and that was already good enough in my books. I definitely plan on coming back regularly.
