It's tye dye Friday! Had to line up some of the DiBona Dental team to share this shot…read more Donna Walsh, on the left, is bar none, the best hygenist on this planet. 50 years ago I had periodontal disease & learned quickly what it took to have and maintain good dental health. Having cleanings 3-4 year made a difference. During these years Ive met many hygenists & have often chosen my Dentist because of them. Donna is worth her weight in gold and I hope the Dibona group does whatever it takes to keep her. I also recommend and appreciate Dr Bonci, my talented dentist. Thank you for offering such care.

Marion got me settled and took xrays then Dr Jacqueline Bonci did the most thorough & relaxed exam I've ever had experienced. After 10 month since last cleaning I was encouraged my gums were in good shape. However, my teeth are not such good news. Getting not good news in the empathetic way Dr Bonci delivered it made it easy to digest and accept. I had planned to go to Tufts Medical School for 5-6 implants because of cost. After today's experience I feel more confident that never there is a way through this. I'm staying here and though I may only get 2-3 implants I want this work done by Dr Bonci. Very grateful for the care received including the office staff.

My family and I have been coming here for years, and I can't imagine ever going to a different…read morepractice. I've had appointments with three of the doctors and I've met many of the dental assistants, and they're always very friendly and very knowledgeable. It always feels like they genuinely care about me! I went in last week to get my wisdom teeth extracted, and Dr. Moroi took excellent care of me. I was really nervous about being awake for the extraction (they don't do sedation), and he calmed me down and patiently talked me through every step. Also, I was supposed to get all four out, but before the procedure he showed me the x-ray of my teeth and explained to me that even though it would mean more money in his pocket if all of them were extracted, he thought I should leave the top ones alone because they were so far up and it would be more painful for me if he took them out. The only reason I'm not giving a five-star rating is because the receptionists tend to be a little sub-par. I once had a receptionist schedule a cleaning for me, and the date she told me and wrote down on the little card was different from the date she entered in the system. I ended up showing up for an appointment I didn't really have. Also, I was once told that my insurance doesn't cover cleanings (which it does!) and she tried to charge me $85 for it! It took a lot of arguing before she realized she was wrong.

Customer BEWARE. Deceptive tactics and lack of transparent billing. I had come in for the first…read moretime ever for a brief initial consultation on how much an implant would cost. I wasn't seen more than 15 minutes altogether while the awkward young doctor who in the first place didn't seem inspired by his work nor showed any interest in me as a patient, alone spent about all 4 minutes seeing me and talking to me. He told me to open my mouth so he could take a quick look and told me this has to heal and he can't guarantee he will able to do it and in that case he will send me to a surgeon. While I waited for him to come and see me, the assistant asked me for X-rays paperwork to be forwarded from my regular dentist out of state and I said i can most definitely call them and have them send it to rockingham the next day. After which she said not to worry and that she will take the quick xray for me to speed things up. At the desk on my way out another woman called me over and said I gotta pay $150 for the visit: I asked if she's crazy. Never would I assume such preliminary consultations aren't free and especially the 4 minutes of doctor time who was so disinterested and didn't provide any information I had not already been told at the MA emergency clinic where I had the tooth extracted/grafted only 2 weeks prior. Additionally, there isnt a lick a mention of any price on their website or even a statement indicating that these value-less consultations aren't free when it directs you to a number to call to set an appointment for it. The outsourced customer service that picks up these calls is so unprofessional and lackluster anyway, I had already developed my doubts about this dental group after dealing with them. What a greedy scammy administration at this office... shame on them. I was so offended at their effort to swindle me I simply walked out. And to be honest I really wanted to become a patient there since my neighbor is having her implants done with them and I liked the potential discounted quote they gave me. Unfortunately now I will never find out the caliber of their doctors because I'm obviously never going back unless they remedy the situation by canceling the charge and this way restore my faith in their dental practice. Had I been informed this type of short visit is even charged I wouldn't have scheduled it since I had already gotten the same surface information at the place of tooth extraction but wanted to get the implant done closer to where I live. It's as if this whole thing which wasn't even a consultation could have been handled at the front desk since we only discussed the financials. I specifically stated when I walked in I want to find pricing for a potential implant. So I basically got charged for asking for a quote LOL. I'm thinking of reporting them to the NH office of professional licensure and the dental board. Especially since they don't even include medical codes on the bill which should state what exactly you are being charged for. That's a big red flag. If they don't include a code, they are just trying to see if you're st*pid enough to pay the money. For nothing. Don't fall for the bait and switch either. I think the free xray was offered to me to be able to somehow, in their delusional pricing schemes, justify the full charge of the pseudo-consultation visit where no diagnostic examination or assessment was or could have been done whatsoever since the doc said it's too early. And they could now lie and say it was never offered free. These are pure thieves. Get everything on paper before anything is done and protect yourself with the No-Surprises Federal Act that all dental clinics must abide by in being transparent about what, when and how much you will be billed for, before any procedure is done. In my case nothing was disclosed prior to sitting me down in their office and they just wanna charge me a silly "talking fee". (I called billing receptionist and she insisted it was an exam because the doctor "took a look" at the free xray. Without a possible diagnostic assessment this does not rise to the definition of an exam because it's legal elements can not be met if you have to wait for it to heal. Watch out for these ignorant sharks up front!)
