During our negotiations I worked through my agent and agreed to a list of upgrades to the unit, that if satisfied I'd be willing to purchase. Written into our contract was an agreement to have all work finished within a month of the closing. The work was never completed. After closing my lawyer informed me that the seller's were no longer cooperating, and refusing to make good on their end of the deal. I found out later that my agent, Mladen Rados, who was representing ME, was actually the son of the seller. I contacted Mladen multiple times post closing, and he claimed he felt bad, but he had no way to force the seller to do it, as he was only the agent. Once again, the seller was his father. Since then, I've had mutliple other issues with my unit, which I have tried to take up with the property manager John Nannini, who runs our association. None of the problems have been fixed. He has also claimed ignorance to any knowledge of the agreement I had with the sellers concerning the upgrades that were supposed to be completed. By the way he handled the conversation, I actually believed him, until today when I logged onto their website and found out that he is an active partner at Rexson Realty!!! Thus far the everyone I've dealt with in this company is not only guilty of poor customer service, but can also be clearly defined as thieves, liars, and cheats. Do not do business with this company!!

Dealing with the closing (TWO extensions later), which involved hunting and gathering several documents, photos, receipts, and having repairs made - it was definitely one of the most mentally and emotionally draining things I've EVER had to go through. Paul handled my panicked, ranting e-mails and text messages with ease. Information and requests were made in a timely manner, and even when he was on vacation he was still available to us. I really could not be happier with Paul. Our agent contacted the seller's agent from this group, Natalia Zulowski and received no insight on the cancellation "I have no clue" nor any intention to speak with our agent. New buyers please beware that there is a clause in the contract where a seller can disapprove a contract without any reason. In this instance, there was no ethical consideration in communication and reimbursement for cost of the home inspection, sewer scope and radon testing that we paid for and reports from these that they have access to. We spent $1300 that went down the drain.
