John sent a robot under the house but didn't run the water while it was there and he didn't physically go under the house so the leak was missed. 3. The dryer vent was never tested. It was completely clogged and blocked which is one one the leading causes of household fires. My agent contacted the owner who was completely unhelpful and unsympathetic to our complaints.
