Our masseuses Abby and Jackie were amazing. They were pleasant, thorough, and attentive. My husband surprised me with a couples massage and booked the "We Will Rock You" package. The couple's suite was super clean. A dimly lit room that had two perfectly laid out heated beds, an electric fireplace, and two elegant boxes to place our clothes inside. I loved the music that was lightly playing in the background. The instrumentals created a warm and relaxing environment. It felt as though our 90-minute session flew by, but really, I don't think we would've ever wanted it to end. It was that good! Rose-scented facial mist, Hot Stone Massage, everything was wonderful. We appreciated being asked "if the pressure and the temperature of the rocks were ok", We held the most tension in our neck & back, so they focused on those areas a lot to work out the knots. Wave-like motions. Long strokes, from the starting point all the way to the extremities. Often, the movement seemed like it was synchronized with the music lol! I reached out to them via email after my experience before posting a review, to see if they would remedy the situation, but since they haven't even responded, here we are: I called to make sure I could get in for a massage and facial the next day (today) before buying the groupon. I was told I could come in and do the services back to back, and don't have to buy the groupon and they'll honor the price. Great! (I thought.) Got there today for my services and instead of receiving an hour massage, the service was 40 minutes. Apparently the service was written incorrectly in their booking system. The service itself was fine, but I've had better. Nothing to write home about. Same for the facial- I actually didn't enjoy it because instead of a relaxing facial, the tech proceeded to extract blackheads and play dermatologist. I have a dermatologist, I'm not here for anyone to pretend to be one, thanks. Next, the biggest disappointment and a WARNING to anyone paying by SpaFinder gift certificate. The groupon amount (which was honored after the receptionist checked with the owner) was $89. I paid with a $100 SpaFinder gift card. After the girl swiped the gift card, she said that I will not be receiving the $11 change on the card, because "that's not how it works here". Instead, the $11 is now credited to my account for my next service, but why would you assume that I will be back for another service? That $11 SpaFinder gift certificate value is MINE- it wasnt a purity spa gift card! I am really disappointed by this unprofessional practice. If I was told of that policy, I would have gladly paid by credit card instead.

The put us on those big marshmallow bed chair thingy's and put covers on us and don't come back for about 15 minutes. In the meantime its frikken freezing and we are looking at eachother like...ok this should get good soon...Then the receptionist (who I found out doesn't really speak english) comes in and starts massaging my HEAD. Then she tries to put foot lotion on my FACE. I stopped her what is she kidding?!! I said where is David. DAVID IS ON VACATION. Do I really need to go any further? I told her to go massage my husband and I will be the one to wait for another therapist. (this is 35 minutes of waiting by now) My replacement therapist finally came over and started ...i felt like I was getting a massage from a skeleton. They sped through it I think it was 42 minutes instead of an hour. I usually love deep tissue, but if you're pressing the wrong spot TOO hard, it's uncomfortable and painful to the point where I said out loud "ouch.." and she responded "some people like it hard." yeah, well. I got news for you, no one likes it that hard. as I was leaving, she said "so, we will see you back here next week?" i'm like "yeah, sure!" nooooo thank you. I will not be returning and this place will probably end up tanking and going out of business... so... in essence, THIS PLACE USE TO BE A GOOD SPOT, and affordable, but now with the new owner, new staff, this place has really gone to shits... darn, now I need to find a new spot. they're all about money for a BELOW AVERAGE SERVICE!. the massage is terrible.
