He was my doctor back in 2014 when I underwent a breast augmentation and lift. At the time, as a very busy professional, I was curious about his "one-day recovery method." All went well--his method really did work. I had my surgery, and after a long weekend I was back at work with no issues. After Covid, I began experiencing health issues with my breasts, not related to my implants but rather due to an immune disease I developed. Dr. Epstein was there for me every step of the way, even though my complications had nothing to do with my implants. He always gave me an appointment, took my concerns seriously, and ultimately helped connect me to the right specialist who gave me a proper diagnosis. Earlier this year, I decided to have an explant. Dr. Epstein never hesitated or tried to convince me otherwise--he was fully supportive and performed the surgery himself. I trusted no one else. His in-office medical center is top notch, his staff is incredible, and they always made me feel comfortable and cared for. The surgery went perfectly, and thanks to Dr. Epstein, my breasts look phenomenal--as if I never even had an explant. I'm so happy with the results. More recently, I experienced a flare-up of my immune disease and needed a breast abscess drained. Even though Dr. Epstein was away internationally, he never left me without care. He made sure I was referred to the right doctor immediately and personally arranged for me to be seen and treated. He did it all from miles apart. No doctor does that! My complications have never been his responsibility, yet Dr. Epstein has always stood by my side. His dedication, skill, and compassion go far beyond what anyone could expect from a surgeon. I was told I that I was given the strongest dosage and that it was a onetime procedure and that within the 10 months I would see the results. Well, it's been over 10 months and Nothing! I went back for the 10 month follow up 3/14/2026 as explained by the clinical director. After the tech took the pics, she asked me if I was happy, I said NO nothing's changed. I want my money back. That Monday the clinical director called me Jemima. She told me she saw a little difference, and she asked me what I wanted to do. I said I want my money back she said no but, I could come in and try a different procedure. I told her NO for 2 reasons 1) you told me it was a onetime procedure 2) that I was given the strongest dosage 3) I would still have to wait another 10 months to be disappointed, and besides every time I called which was too many times to count because I wasn't seeing any results. Everyone kept reassuring me to wait and give it 10 months it. I will be happy you'll see. 12 months later I still have the eye bags. It clearly DID NOT WORK FOR ME. I was at my wits end when I came across an ad from Jacqui Wilson and the Aesthetic Lounge of Hauppauge, LI for what seemed like the answer to this lifelong problem. Using an injectable Botox like treatment called Jeuveau, Jacqui was able to give me around 25 surface type injections in each armpit that would basically stop or slow the overactive sweating. I was very skeptical, but to me it was worth a try. Jacqui's bedside manner along with her kind and gentle approach made me feel extremely comfortable. It was a quick and relatively pain free procedure, most of the injections I did not feel at all and the ones I did felt like a mosquito bite if even that. The results were amazing and more than I even expected or hoped for! I was told it could take up to a week to see results, I saw them the next day! And what's more to test it out I did not wear any deodorant or antiperspirant for several days after the recommended 24 hours. To my pleasant surprise I had no wetness and no odor! I know results may vary from person to person, but I can say without hesitation I will be seeing Jacqui again for continuing treatment as this wears off in 8-12 months.
