Even though the building has been around for a while, it's kept in great shape. The ambience is clean, welcoming, and family-friendly, and it really feels like a space for the whole community. The staff has always been amazing--friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, which makes every experience that much better. One of the biggest pluses is the value. They offer so many activities at a really reasonable price, and this is definitely the place to find more discounted programs compared to elsewhere. From fitness classes and pools to kids' programs, you get so much for what you pay. Overall, the Henderson Multigenerational Center is a gem--nostalgic for me personally, but also such a reliable, affordable, and enjoyable place to bring my daughter. There were five Grinch- themed trees. Many of the trees were decorated very nicely. It's a beautiful sight to see. We went on the Carousel, and we did two rounds of Mini-Golf, which was fun. We also went down the Avalanche twice. Stringbean went three times. Gone are the years of seeing all of the Gingerbread Houses. Now, there are a lot of fundraising food/drink stands, I get it, it's an organization.

The Magical Forest is still MAGICAL! The lights are awesome and the train goes through it. Of course the highlight is the TRAIN and it went around the magical forest. This is an awesome place to go and the entrance is very affordable. The kids will love it. Advice to go early so you'll get to do everything. And try the hot cocoa and funnel cakes.

The basketball courts in particular are very spacious, and in good condition. I love that they have two sets of water fountains and restrooms available for easy access. For that age a parent must be in the class with the child. Mr David was so great when he noticed my son was ready for the next class. He helped him transition. My son had a hard time in the 3 year old class at first because parents aren't allowed. But Mr David helped us both understand how to help him join in the class. Music plays loudly coming from the pool area. I feel bad for the guests who are subjected to the pickle ball noise and loud music.

However, with the heat and the amount of walking back and forth, I think he may have been a little too young to fully appreciate everything this place has to offer.
