I'm a big cookie fan. However night owl fell short for me. Their cookies were too hard and felt overcooked. Even with them warming it, it wasn't hot and still hard. The cinnamon milk was the best part. Skip the fruity pebble milk as it tasted like a distant memory of fruity pebbles. The cashier said it was basic if I got chocolate chip cookie which probably would have been their best cookie based on looks. The brookie wasn't too bad. Overall I excepted more, I'll stick with my other cookie spots.
My first experience with Night Owl was in Miami. Years after moving to Orlando, they opened this location. I always like it when new cookie spots open near me. This Night Owl has some displays showing some of their main flavors, as well as some I haven't seen in the year they've been open. The tables are decorated with sprinkles inside them. The counter where you order has examples of their current flavors, so you can have an idea of what they look like and the size. You're also able to use your phone to pay, so Google Wallet, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay all work. I've tried various flavors. My favorite being the brookie, which is a chocolate chip cookie and brownie fusion. The brownie cheesecake is really good too. If you like Nutella, try the Dirty Diana. Their cookies are big and consistent, and they're warmed up when you order them. I wouldn't say they're amazing, but they are good and big. The chocolate dough in particular I find it to be a little dry. But the Nutella on the Dirty Diana mitigates that. I don't like their chocolate chip, as I find they overdo it a bit with the chips. But that's a personal preference. They often have limited time cookies, which I'm not sure if they're monthly or weekly. Some of those are interesting. I enjoyed their Coquito cookie, which I believe is their play on Christmas in July. Coquito being a Puerto Rican Christmas drink similar to eggnog. Service is always good. They describe the cookies if you would like to know more about what's in them. Kate was great during my last visit. I was curious about their limited time cookie, and she described it for me and even gave me a tea spoon to try the cream that was on top of the cookie. She was friendly and did a good job on selling me on the Night Owl app. As the name implies, Night Owl is open late, in case you get those late night munchies, this would be a good choice
Every time I'm in the UCF area I have to stop at night Ow cookies for my friend Matt specifically he really likes the dirty Diana cookie. Their cookies are one of a kind, very unique, also very heavy and very delicious. I really like the s'mores cookie it tastes just like a campfire s'more and the best part is the flame of the marshmallow on top so it gets all melty. If you haven't been here I definitely recommend it. They have specialty cookies as well. 10/10
I had not been to Night Owl Cookies before so thank you Yelp for sharing this experience with me! I was able to go during a time it was not busy so the person working there was very welcoming and took the time to share information about each cookie, as well as recommend some of her favorites and client favorites. Everything was very clean and organized. Enjoyed seeing the cookies being warmed and prepped before she boxed to-go. I removed one star because although the cookies were fresh and I was excited about the different flavors, I felt underwhelmed with the cookies. If I find myself back I'll likely try new flavors or other items from the menu.

Also, there isn't any tap water available so bring water too unless you want to pay for bottled water. My friend who is way more into cookies absolutely loved them and said they were way better than Crumbl. But my question to the cookie monsters out there would also be... is it better than Gideon's Bakehouse? Or the other new cookie spot in Disney Springs with the super cute ambience? Seating was sufficient. No more than 4 people per table was the setup. I suppose you could combine tables for a larger party. It's more of a take your cookies to go feel but you can definitely stay and indulge. If the cookies are calling you, you should come. If you're on a health kick - stay home and eat some carrots. Just kidding. I mean maybe, dark chocolate? Or some dessert hummus?

Creme brulee was also another favorite in the cookies I purchased. The people who waited on me were customer oriented and nice. All cookies were good, but Dirty Diana (with Nutella) and Brookie were the highlights for me. I will be going back, and I recommend that you try it as well.

I went here craving a sweet tooth and wanted to try out their assortment of sweet cookies as it was my first time . I tried the chocolate chip cookie and it was so ooey gooey . It was a lot of cookie . I like that they had an assortment of cookies to choose from. The ambiance was pretty chill . You kind of just walk in and the guy at the counter was chill . Oh how I've missed an Ave Maria cookie! Night Owl was introduced to me back in 2015-2016 when visiting family in Miami. The FIU location was the only one at the time so it used to be packed full of hungry people at 12am! The Ave Maria, Dirty Diana, & Birthday Cake were the ones I had the first time but Ave Maria always stuck with me. It's a very nostalgic flavor since guava and cream cheese is like bread & butter for us Miami Cubans. Having my first bite after who knows how many years brought back all of the feels. The cookie is soft with crisp edges, gooey guava center, crunchy Maria cookie crumbles, and the warm drizzle of the cream cheese & guava. The inside decor mirrors the Night Owl aesthetic with the sprinkle top tables, bright interior, and cookie aroma. It's hard to not eat the whole cookie in one sitting, so I'm doing my best to have two bites a day LMAO read more

After dinner, I was craving something sweet, and Night Owl Cookies popped up as a nearby option. I'm so glad it did! This place has such a cute and fun vibe, and I loved that they had a display of all their cookies it made choosing even harder! We ended up trying the Ave Maria and the Red Velvet cookies. The Ave Maria, with its combination of guava and Maria cookies, was absolutely amazing such a unique and delicious flavor! Both cookies were warm, soft, and sweet. They were a bit on the sweeter side for my taste, but if you love rich, indulgent cookies, this is definitely the place for you. read more

Took the hour drive over to experience Night Owl cookies. When I first walked in you get the delicious smell of fresh cookies! The theming is subtle but so cute. Loved the sprinkle tables! They have a lot of great options to choose from and the customer service was amazing. They were happy to answer my questions, explain the meun and give their personal recommendations. For cookies I chose, Sugar Daddy, Ave Marie, Oreo Brownie Cheesecake, Chocolate Chip, S'mores, and Cookie Buttah. I even got their fruit pebbles milkshake, which was subtle but tasty. Overall I enjoyed all of them especially the Cookie Buttah and Oreo Brownie Cheesecake. I had a bit of a sugar rush later but overall had a great experience. read more

Made so fresh on the spot! Fortunate enough to try 6 of their cookies. My personal favorites was the "limited time special" (crème brûlée) that was torched fresh. "Cookie buttah" (weekly special), and "dirty Diana" also made it to my top 3! The other 3 cookies I got were just as good but those 3 were my fav! Honestly the best cookies I've had so far. Usually cookies would be way too sweet and super heavy, but all the cookies I tried didn't make my stomach hurt. I did almost feel full after taking a bite of each so take a friend to share, the cookies are huge! Service was very nice, cashier was informative on what was in a cookie. Everything is made fresh so don't mind the wait. Inside is clean, the tables are so fun and interesting where the tables have sprinkles inside them. read more

Night Owl Cookies has the best chocolate chip cookie you will ever taste! It's warm, gooey , and so delicious! The cookie menu varies and changes by season so there are several options and flavors to choose from. They also have cold milk and milkshakes. When you order your cookies, they warm it up so it tastes like it's fresh out of the oven. The place is simple and cute. Service is also quick and mobile orders are welcome too. Pumpkin spice cookie was a little dry on the edges but soft and chewy on the inside. I think the white chocolate chips were unnecessary and the cookie itself doesn't taste like pumpkin to me-- just slightly cinnamon-y. The saving grace is the cream cheese frosting which was perfectly tangy and sweet. Overall worth a try but not overwhelming! read more

I loved this place! Yes...it's similar to the other cookie place in town but I think Night Owl is different enough to stand out! I tried the Ave Maria, Birthday Cake, Cinnamon Roll, and S'Mores! All were delicious and served warm. The inside was very simple but could use a bit more cleaning. That said, there were only two employees working so I can't fault them too much as it was pretty busy. One girl took orders while the other made cookies. If you are a cookie lover and have an extreme sweet tooth, then look no further! I judge a cookie place based on their chocolate chip cookie because if you don't know how to make a chocolate chip cookie, then you might as well quit. From a scale to 10, I'd rate their chocolate a 7. It was very sweet and more chocolatey than a cookie. Now, what turned up my expectation and satisfaction was the Ave Maria!!! Holy Smokes! What a innovative creation! It was just perfect. The guava and cream cheese frosting with that signature dough, it was perfect! That cookie was amazing! So, I was excited to try this place because I love cookies. I was amused at the name since this feels like a dupe of insomnia cookies and I wasn't sure what to expect. Service was great. The person at the counter was super friendly and helpful in explaining everything. The decor was basic, bright white, tables with sprinkles in them which should've been cuter than it was. The seats were hard as a rock, like actually uncomfortable. But in the end who cares right? The cookies were just ok for me. I liked the Brookie and the sugar cookie. But I didn't like the chocolate chip which is my standard, my go to. And we weren't really crazy about the others we tried. And it is a whopping $4.25 for ONE cookie. That's insane. Night owl cookies were a cookie to remember! I joined my sister to redeem our free 6 pack cookie and were so satisfied with the quality of the cookies themselves. Located in the UCF area, it reminded me of if Crumbl & Insomnia cookies had a baby. They were super fresh & creative with the flavors. My favorite of them all was hands down the crème brûlée. It was a monthly cookie as they have rotating specialties. Our top 3 were hard to decide but in no particular order: crème brûlée, rainbow over bedrock, and red velvet. The employee who helped me was very friendly and patient with my decision making. But the cookies, in my opinion, were just middle of the road. My boyfriend felt the same way (and he is less of a cookie snob) and neither of us could really put our finger on what it was about these that could be improved. One guess is that they are baked previously and then reheated in a little oven/microwave? Which takes away from the fresh out of the oven flavor and texture. They have the best sprinkle filled tables and a nice seating area so you can enjoy your warm cookies right out of the oven. Service is top notch and they are great at answering all your questions and making suggestions!
