Ah, Shipley Donuts -- where time moves differently and portions are more of a suggestion. I arrived at the drive-through, waited patiently, eventually made it to the speaker, and then waited another six minutes in complete silence. Six minutes. I could've baked my own donuts. When I finally asked if coming inside would be easier, the employee enthusiastically said yes -- which really begs the question: why is the drive-through open? I went inside. There was a line. And there was the drive-through worker, standing completely still, apparently in a state of deep contemplation. Back to my car. Back through the drive-through. I ordered a large cold brew, a Sausage Kolache, and six cake donuts -- because at that point I was committed. The cold brew arrived in what the rest of the world calls a medium cup. The cake donuts were so small I thought they'd mixed up my order with a toddler's. And the kolache? A hot dog. In bread. That's it. That's the whole experience. Shipley's managed to disappoint me on service, quality, AND portion size in a single visit. That's almost impressive. Hard pass on a return trip.

My favorite donut shop!! I love the customer service and the effort of making everything great!! I ordered donuts holes and they were out so they replaced my donuts holes order for 4 glacé donuts!!!! Love them!! Happy national donuts day!

Stopped by a couple of months ago after dropping off at the airport, since I did want to try their donuts and kolaches. The staff was friendly and attentive and the store is clean. They have a drive thru as well. Since I wanted to see the types of donuts, I went in and got a strawberry frosted one and maple frosted. I got the ham and cheese kolaches and they were okay, a bit salty for my taste. I will stop by if I am around the area to get a donut!

I tried Shipley's in 2021 I think but in Houston and they have been on my mind ever since. I was so happy to see one pop up in Orlando! The service was friendly and fast. A nice gentleman helped us choose 1/2 dozen and even grabbed us some fresh glazed doughnuts as soon as they came out. It's cute inside and smells heavenly. They have alot of options. You can't go wrong here they have something for everyone.

This was my first time trying Shipley and it was alright. It wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible. I'm indifferent. I got a good variety of donuts, but I wasn't impressed with any of them. To me they were just donuts, now I will say I rarely eat donuts unless they are the mochi kind, but I'm pretty much the type that will pick pies, cakes, cookies over donuts. However, I really wanted to give this place a try since I've never been. It's nice to have something different aside from Dunkin' and this place was very clean. Staff was nice too and they have a great selection of donuts, just nothing that impressed me. I also tried their kolaches and to me it was too much breading and not enough of the sausage inside. However don't let that stop you from trying them out, everyone has different opinions about this place and I think if you really love donuts you might like this place.

Visited for the first time 2/12/26 and was warmly greeted by Lidia. Lidia helped me and my wife decide on which donuts to try and which were her favorites. One bite into their strawberry filled donut and my wife was in love! I got a variety of donuts for myself and each flavor was fantastic! The eating area was very clean and all the staff were super friendly. Overall, before I even bit into my donuts I was very happy with the level of customer service. Id consider myself a bit of a donut enthusiast and im ashamed I did not come visit sooner. This place is a must for anyone looking for the perfect sweet treat, reasonably priced too! 5 stars!!

I love their sausage/egg/cheese kolache, but at this point I cannot recommend this location. The last time I ordered a cake w chocolate and sprinkles - received no sprinkles; ordered a S/E/C kolache and there were only two pieces of sausage. Decided to give them another shot 3 days later - they were closed with no comm/notice. Called, emailed, reached out on social media - no response - but eventually they updated that the store would be closed until June 28. Unsure if they've been open the past week, but now they're closed again due to no electricity. At this point, an hour round-trip was wasted twice and won't be done again. ETA: found out, after posting my review, that this sign had been up for a month prior to the day I visited which means that they never opened since they claimed they would be on June 28. All reviews since, of those who actually went to the location recently, have stated the same - of it being closed. I reached out again via IG, and no response. Very weird in the day and age of technology that they don't interact w their customers. It is clear that Shipley had ghosted Orlando, and atp I say "good riddance." Now I'm off to support local kolache/donut businesses.

My family has always wanted to try this place, but it was always closed when we passed. Brittany was super helpful and friendly. I don't like sweets for breakfast, but I didn't know if I would get another chance anytime soon to return, so I opted for a donut. I wanted to try ALL the flavors, but I narrowed it down to the Maple Bacon. I loved it. I expected it to be thick and heavy, but it wasn't. My daughter and hubby got the sausage jalapeño cheddar kolache. It was good! I just had a bit of my daughter's since my donut was so huge. They each had a coffee and I had a sip. They were good, too! The place was clean and inviting.

Yes. Very much yes. We frequent a restaurant nearby and have mentioned trying this place out for some time and finally remembered to hit them up recently! Staff was quick to greet us and they have all the donut offerings on display from the counter area with easy-to-read labels. We each ordered a couple and got a box to go. The place is super clean and has a bit of seating should you wish to stay and enjoy. Parking is a breeze with several dedicated spots and easy access to their location from either side of 436. Overall: A+ Love a good classic donut with great staff and a clean spot!

Every time I drive by Shipley Do-Nuts, I tell myself that I need to stop in and try the donuts sometime. That is before this place even opened. After all this time, I finally stopped in on a Saturday afternoon while running errands. I have to watch my weight and sugar. I do not buy cakes or cookies or pie, but I like to have a donut of muffin with breakfast on the weekend. I was greeted as I entered, and I told the gentleman working that afternoon that I would like to take a moment to look at the selection, being the first time I have been here. I decided on a Bear Claw and a Glazed Cinnamon Twist. Each go for $4.09. And both go good with morning coffee. Especially on a weekend. It will most likely be awhile when I go back to Shipley Do-Nuts. But they make a good donut. There are tables for dining inside, and the dining area is kept clean. Stop in sometime when you get the chance.

This was my first time visiting Shipley Do-Nuts and I loved it. They serve doughnuts, kolaches, coffee, and other drinks and they have lots of options to choose from. The cashier was nice and answered all of my questions. They also have a few small tables inside to enjoy your meal. I never had a kolache before and I was pleasantly surprised on how good it was. The breading was light and the sausage with cheese had a good flavor. The pink sprinkle cake doughnut was good too, the frosting was thick and not overly sweet. The cinnamon roll tasted great and had a lot of nuts in it which was a nice little surprise, I just prefer to order the cinnamon roll next time with icing. They also have a rewards program that if you register they will send you a coupon for 2 free glazed doughnuts. Everything was tasty and I liked that they had a bunch of different doughnuts but you definitely have to try a kolache.

Came in looking for the Dubai donuts, but sadly it's only on certain days. I did, however, grab a half dozen and their glazed donut covered in cake donut was my favorite! I took off a star for the donuts being a little try, but these are way better than your average Dunkin!

Friends, this place is proof that compromise can be beautiful. Sweet meets spicy meets (meats?) savory. Parking wasn't an issue either. As I walked in, I was greeted by who seemed to be the owner and a young woman. Very nice, lovely staff. Everyone was so sweet. My only issue was that they didn't have a good portion of their menu ready and it's mostly because they didn't have the gravy for their dishes. The ones we wanted came with gravy and the staff let us know they were behind on making it. So we pivoted and tried their prime rib smash burger but unfortunately that felt a little disappointing. For the price that it was, you'd think that you'd get a decently portioned burger or some sides with it but it was super tiny. And the bun felt like grocery bread, the type you can get for a home bbq. It was still delicious but rather disappointing at the same time. We ended up having to order a third dish just to feel satisfied and at least it was very good. The bowls are worth it, maybe not the burger but the bowls for sure! I also snagged up a donut and truthfully that is one of the best donuts I've ever had. Another downside to this spot and why I didn't give it a 4 star is because how slow the service was. We watched a whole family get up and leave because it was taking so long, I actually felt bad for the staff and owner. The place has great tasting food, just needs a little shaping up. Maybe someone who can run the kitchen as a head chef. Overall, I still recommend the place but just know that you'll be waiting a while and some things may not be available.
