They have guest parking by the entrance, along on the other side down the hill. Came here for a church function & was able to come and check out the place. It was very nice, clean and roomie place. They have complimentary coffee, juice & water by the front desk. Big fish tank and a pool room for the members & visitors to enjoy. On the same hall way you have a small library room, gym room, salon & a little movie theater as well. Basically, the first floor consist of many activities for everyone who are living there to enjoy. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The maintenance of this Plaza is spot on with soft music and very non slipped floors.

It took trying several agencies before finding Mr. Ramos' agency. This agency is great because Mr. Ramos is great. Like all the home care agencies, staffing was short and we had a rotation of different caregivers scheduled throughout the week. They tidied, cooked, and spent hours sitting with mom. Literally sitting, since most of her time was doing puzzles and tv. Mr. Ramos doesn't just hire bodies to fill positions; his helpers are kind, respectful and professional. Mr. Ramos was there so much of the time to check in and help with keeping me informed about moms needs. Big piece of mind since I'm off island. He even did some maintenance around the house. His rates were among the most reasonable and he always tried to accommodate our schedule. 5 stars for Mr. Ramos.

At first I got a Carer that did not meet my requirements, so asked for another Carer. No questions asked, they got me a different Carer, whom met my every need. I enjoyed every minute with my Carer. They showed fantastic communication skills, professionalism, very efficient, catered to my needs very well!
