Honestly, it was not what I expected. I came in hoping for a very scary set up with scare actors roaming around. Something like Queen Mary Dark Harbor or at the very least like Knotts. You come in they scan your ticket and they give you two blue tickets for the haunted house. We had bough the fast pass for this event and so we were suppose to get two fast pass tickets only to realize at the front they gave me general admission. I apologized to the greeter and offered to show my official tickets but she said it was fine. Up until this point I was confused about the tickets. I wasn't sure if this is a haunted house that you can go in many times but it was clear it was a one time deal. That was pretty upsetting. So we basically paid $50 dollars to go into the haunted house once. And it was quite a small haunted house too. They advertised all these vendors and food trucks but there was only 3 vendors there and two food trucks. We did get food from Benitos but it was not that good. Their strawberry lemonade tasted like tap water. I was expecting a lot more overall and i was let down. I was even embarrassed to have recommended a family member stop by. She got there at 5 and there was nothing and then waited in line until 6:30 only to leave at 7 after going through the haunted house. There was nothing more to do at that point. read more

These days going to an event requires planning and saving precious coin to do something special for a bit of entertainment outside of face in the phone. That being said, some feedback 1. Find legit food vendors. You had 1 - Mernas and it was good but the others were borderline health code violators or inept at serving the public. 2. Keep your security - they were the only ones nice enough to welcome us and thank us for choosing your event. Ticket/ sales could have extended same courtesy, but didn't. 3. The value of the $30 ticket was lost - as there was simply no one in line - at all - I would have saved $10 and fees just walking up and buying a $20 GA ticket for my son. I am sure timing matters and so does the date selected, but was very disappointed with our online ticket purchase. 4. Display by local Obtaiumworks was cool to see. But the event seemed to be missing some dressing on the salad inside. Lots of empty open space not decorated or themed . Music /sound area could have been dressed with less chintzy decorations and lighting. Employ local artisans to develop the space! 5. Felt sorry for the marketplace vendors - who were kind and hopefully made enough money to pay for their booths. Overall, I left the event feeling let down and wallet stabbed. After reading these other recent reviews, I see why. Seriously, arguing with the disabled? ADA violations are no joke. As a business you could treat families of all different capabilities with better care! Themed nights might be something to think of to get more entertainment through and better food vendors connected and draw a better crowd stream. You're in the perfect location for Sea /nautical theme, radioactive nuclear themes military, fantasy etc. partner with out Vallejo artists resources so many talented folks live and create here! Welcome your guests! Be kind! These reviews mention how rude you all are to people who dropped far more money on the event than me and frankly that's unacceptable. Thank guests when they leave small touches like these mean something to a hard working parent like me choosing to save cash for an event like this ! Shows me you recognize I could have taken that money elsewhere, but I kept it local and with your operation getting there to support you! It matters! Do it! Halloween is my lifestyle so I'm always a little over eager to attend seasonal festivities. I had a ghoulishly splendid time off I do say so myself. You walk in, and you're not overwhelmed by the attractions... extremely friendly and inviting front staff as well as the perfect venue for vendors and artists displaying incredible works of art- I purchased the most precious skeleton earrings that I will wear and cherish all year. The actual haunted house portion scared me! I had a couple real good spine tingling jumps and loved the aesthetic. Would go back again next year for sure :) read more

This is in response to the slander posted by Kate L. I do not own this and I have never had any communication with you. I am a volunteer zombie in a fantastic haunt. Our haunt is ADA compliant and some of our actors are disabled. A portion of the proceeds go to the wounded veterans. Kate L. never visited the haunt and only messaged the owner, who is NOT me. She asked for special privileges for her disabled party members and when she was told that everyone is treated equally and if they wanted to get in faster they could purchase a fastpass, she proceeded to send nasty messages to the owners and make slanderous, false posts all over social media. The owners of this haunt, Priscilla Silva and Chris Riley, are TERRIBLE people. The issue is the hours long line and accessibility for disabled. After asking for a simple disability accommodations and being illegally denied, I was told I needed to pay more than double to have the same opportunity as an able bodied person. I informed them of the disability laws from a government website, they lied, told me I had bad info, denied everything, then proceeded to publicly shame me. Edit: After being shamed, they posted about me on the haunt's fb page and in the comments section attacked me through Chris' personal account. His comments were so nasty fb took only his comments down for violating terms. I highly recommend staying away from this haunt and these vile people. The five minute walk through with many out of character is not worth the money or the headache. Who exploits, harasses, and verbally attacks a handicapped person for just wanting to attend an event? Edit 2: Priscilla Silva, Chris Riley and their 'friends' are continuing to harassing and threatening me weeks later. They are also trying to remove all evidence that this happens and all my reviews about this issue occurring. The shaming and lies haven't stopped. I am stunned and disgusted to read the comments about me written here on Yelp from this business. You can't hide from your actions by lying, fabricating, shaming, defamation, slander, unfounded false claims, and multiple attempts to cover it up. Who attacks someone and says they're not disabled? Where do I live? Like what?!!! This is crazy! I think it speaks for itself that there is only 1 5-star review other than the owner/volunteers of this haunt. This is very lovely! Me and my son went to the haunt. He really loved it and would want to be a actor! All the actors were scary and some were nice. I love this haunt. Although they said the building management got mad at them because people came in and hit the actors. It was out of the staff control as they always are busy! This place is awful. The wait times are ridiculous. This haunt is poorly managed in every way. Lines take at least two hours and the haunt itself is only 5 minutes. It's not worth it. The owner is careless and untaught. This is not how things should ever be run. To put it mildly, it's overpriced and underwhelming. read more

Definitely would not recommend coming here. My family and I decided to come here after a friend told us about it. Instead of purchasing tickets at the gate I decided to purchase them online to hopefully make the check in process faster. As soon as we arrived the check in process was pretty simple. We showed them our online tickets (which they didn't even scan) and they issued us our blue tickets. Shortly after getting in line (which was super long) we were told that it would be about 2hrs before we'd be able to enter. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, we decided to get food which was a total disaster. There were maybe 3 vendors and the vendor we chose happened to be extremely slow. People behind us got their food before us and it was just a mess. We waited for at least 45mins for 2 orders of chicken strips, 1 order of fries and a funnel cake. After waiting in line for 2.5hrs we finally made it to the front only to find out that our family of 5 would be split up. Only 4 people are allowed to go in at one time. Luckily, we met up with other family members there and were able to split up our kids, but the lady at the front was extremely rude and confrontational! I told her I had no idea that only 4 people could go in at a time and she proceeded to argue with me about it. I told her I'm not about to argue with you and that I'm just trying to figure out which of my 3 kids will have to split from us. She proceeds to tell me how I should split up my family assuming that the other family members that we met up with are with us. My family and I purchased our tickets separately from them. I brushed it off and ended up sending my eldest son with our other family members, but best believe I was pissed off. I was upset about us having to split up but more upset at the way she handled the situation. Not to mention, after we finished the haunted house she ended up getting into an argument with one of my family members for the same situation and proceeded to tell her that she cannot go into the haunted house nor received a refund. I think it would be nice if it mentioned some where online that only 4 people are allowed at a time. Instead it states that you'll receive a discounts for parties of 4 or more. Overall, the haunted house was okay. It was shorter than we expected (took us less than 5mins to get through it) so it was definitely not worth the price nor the 2.5hr wait. FYI, people will try to cut you in line! The people in front of us were offered $400 to let a family cut them (which I couldn't even be mad at). read more
