I have had oil skin my whole life which has caused years of breakouts and acne scars. The treatments I received from here has forever changed my life for the better. After receiving one facial and two acne treatments I was then able to regain my confidence in my appearance. Now I have smooth, flat and tight skin for once in my life. I have tried all treatments and creams from Retin-A to Tetracycline and yet have never had the results Ms. Leeda was able to achieve for me. I will always come back for these treatments the results are magical and life changing. Her expertise and knowledge base is soo vast that I dont think any MD doctor could achieve the same results for me. No more dermatologist appointments nor any more treatments at the larger and unorganized and impersonal locations with-in the same area. She makes you feel and look like a movie star. I've had such a great experience with Nika Skincare and Lida! I purchased a package that included LPG body treatments along with EM Sculpt treatments for my stomach and glutes, and I truly feel so much more confident in my body. The LPG treatments have really helped smooth out my skin and reduce the appearance of cellulite, and I've even noticed a difference in inches around my waist and legs. I started LPG and EM treatments with Lida joon in October, and I'm honestly impressed with the results. I've worked out consistently for a long time, but due to poor blood circulation, my lower body never quite shaped the way I wanted. After following the treatment plan Lida joon recommended, I started noticing visible improvements within the first month--and even received compliments from friends on how much my lower body had changed. I have been doing Velashape treatments with Nika and she is truly the best. I started doing these treatments because summer is coming up and I wanted to get rid of a little cellulite and tone and firm up. I love, love, love these treatments and will them thru the summer. I think if you get to where you are happy, just maintain and do it once or twice a month. And, she offers great packages and this is definately the way to go because your price per treatment is cheaper. And, her prices are already very reasonable compared to others. My first thought about getting a Brazilian wax as a man (manzillian) was, "this is a great idea!" That was followed closely by, " ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod." Shahnaz was amazing! She's very quick and very good and made the process as painless as possible. This being my first time it's supposedly the worst. If this is the worst the next time will be like hugging a puppy. I did my brazillian sugaring with Shahnaz and I am more than happy with it! I've been doing sugaring for couple years, but always had problems with ingrown hair. However, after doing sugaring here I forgot about this problem! Shahnaz is the best sugaring master I've seen so far. She is very professional and fast, as well as a very nice person to talk to. She has a great energy, she is so knowledgable, and has top of the line equipment from Europe (before it even gets to the US many times), treatments are so relaxing, and her products actually WORK. K, now if you want the short novel: To be honest I was skeptical to get a treatment because it's the Wild West when it comes to ingredients and there's so much crap out there, plus my skin reacts to so much... BUT. I just had my first treatment with Spela and I'm sold. I have always struggled with very dry skin and I also have lot of food allergies- (especially gluten). Despite being super conscientious about what I eat and what I put on my skin, I kind of resolved that my best skin would always include redness and bumps on top of the dryness. Then, in the last two months, I got a new member to the club- I developed some serious issues with the edges of my mouth being constantly cracked and then my skin all around my mouth basically cracking off. gross I know. I hadn't told Spela any of my gut issues or allergies and she read my face like a book- immediately pointing signs that out that my gut must be very upset with me lol and my gross mouth situation was peri oral dermatitis and possibly a B12 deficiency (which I know I have). She was immediately so encouraging we were going to fix it all (if I promised to do my part of the work- she was very clear on that lol). She sent me home with a regimen and I'm not kidding, it's only one day/ 2 regimens later and my gross mouth is already like 50% better and my skin is glowing. I can't say my skin has ever felt "nourished", and that really is the only way I can describe what my face feels like. Overall, her whole space and the experience was so relaxing. I'll circle back in a couple months with an update- I finally have hope I can have control over my skin :)

I had booked a hydration facial for dehydrated skin. I didn't realize that this spa is more holistic in the sense that Yaz doesn't do extractions/use tools on your face besides strictly products. She had just moved so she was awaiting a package from the postman to hopefully arrive before we got started - so we started a little later than normal, which was fine. She ended up putting steam on my face for what felt like forever, but the steam blast was so strong and all of it was going up my nose & making it hard to breathe. She also did an oxygen exfoliating scrub that ended up getting inside my ears (and I left the spa still with this scrub inside my ears that I had to clean out). After my facial she told me that the products she used on my face were what I needed. She ended up recommending like, 7 or 9 different products that ended up costing $900. I felt like she didn't really give me an option of backing out or picking and choosing which products I REALLY needed, she kept saying "you'll use this and it will be so so good for your skin". I mean my skin did look good after. But a esthetician I went to afterwards said I was using too many actives in my products (that I bought from Yaz) and causing inflammation. Honestly, the less products I use, the better, because I don't have time to spend waiting 1-2 mins between each product to dry on my face.
