The salon itself I have always liked- they have an easy booking system, easy self check in, it's clean, use quality wax products, and arent pushy about selling products. They also have decent pricing if you utilize the membership or wax packs. My 5 stars mostly goes to Klarissa though as she is absolutely the best Brazilian waxer I've had in my life. I was strictly a hard wax only girl for the longest time and she convinced me to try sugaring again. Life changing! My skin and hair has responded so well over time.
