Sydney didn't show any signs of kindness or compassion for someone that was getting there 1st time experience but rather told she needs to go faster as she has another appointment. Didn't perform a clean up job to make sure all areas were cleaned and were sent home with patches and areas unwaxed. BARELY cared, never returning and shame Sydney to let a little girl down. I'm surprised I haven't written a review yet as I've been coming here off and on for a few years- Everytime I finally found a waxer I really liked, they unfortunately would leave after a few visits. The salon itself I have always liked- they have an easy booking system, easy self check in, it's clean, use quality wax products, and arent pushy about selling products. They also have decent pricing if you utilize the membership or wax packs. My 5 stars mostly goes to Klarissa though as she is absolutely the best Brazilian waxer I've had in my life. I was strictly a hard wax only girl for the longest time and she convinced me to try sugaring again. Life changing! My skin and hair has responded so well over time.
