Today's visit wasn't the best. Got there right as they opened, the store was hot.... I grabbed a few items for my son, it's so hard to determine on the floor which items are for boys and which items are for girls. I got my son some air max nikes for 70 bucks. I think they have decent prices, I was bummed to be told that you can not at least exchange items. The staff were mostly kids (at the register) and they weren't friendly at all. I had to walk back myself to get a size up from the shoes I got my son, it was taking forever for them to get someone to do it. You might find some decent deals, but don't expect great service. read more

Staff were busy stocking items and not asking customers if they needed any help. After spending 5 minutes looking at the merchandise and prices, I decided to leave without even looking further. They do not interact with the customers at all and when they do, they act like it's a massive inconvenience. Not professional. This Nike Clearance Store is located inside Concord Mills Mall and this is by far, the store with a TON of selection! I've always found a large variety of sneakers here at a discounted priced. Upon searching on this day, I was able to find the sneaker I was looking for but unfortunately, they didn't have it (or many other sneakers) in my size. I had even heard this expressed by many others in the store, who were looking for the same size. That would be my only ding for the store - having all sizes available. However, at the end of the day, I do realize that it's a clearance store so they may not have all sizes and types. LOL! ‍ It's located in Concord Mills mall, a few doors down from Dave and Busters. While there is a huge parking lot around the entire perimeter of the mall, parking can be an absolute nightmare, depending upon the time of day you go. And if it's a holiday weekend, you might want to shop online or just stay home, due to traffic. LOL! You can find some of the same deals on the Nike app and opt for store pickup, if it's available. The last thing I'll mention, that's had me curious, is that the front doors of the store are wood (almost like a construction site). Unsure if that's now a permanent feature, if they've had a door/window break and it's going to be repaired, or if they're updating the facade of the entrance. This store is well organized, more than the Factory version 20 mins away. They also have thins socks for you to use to try on sneakers. Another bonus! I'm usually in flats without socks, like today, so having complimentary socks prevents you from having to buy socks in the store. Saw some really good prices here - Huaraches for $60?! Only thing is that the sneakers are final sale. So try before you buy! There is a line outside the door since they limit the number of customers in at a time. But they have a good selection of sneakers - both mens and womens - and a lot of clothes! read more

I have come to this store on several occasions. I typically don't get greeted when I arrive at this store and it didn't disappoint this time either. But that is typically where the negative starts and stops. I will have several associates say hello to me and ask if I need help as I walk up and down the aisle. The shelves are generally stocked and organized. Don't judge their shelves and how they look on a Friday or Saturday because people ransack the place during those times. They typically offer me the option to check out using a debit or credit card at one of their stands. Its so easy and fast. Their store is clean and inviting. There is not a bunch of mess over the floors or stuffed in shelves. I see associates folding clothes and stocking shelves throughout their shift. This store is generally the only reason that I shop Concord Mills anymore. read more

Deals at Nike Factory is hit or miss. I find the shoes are great prices. Some of the sports wear isn't. I can find the same items for cheaper at TJ Maxx or Marshall's. This store is organized. They had some great deals on the clearance racks. I like how each store has the recycling program where you can take your old shoes, and they are repurposed into something else. It helps you feel like you're doing your part. read more

Apparently my check-in space didn't allow for too many letters. So I'll have to take it to the review stage. Three times this month since July 1st I've visited this store. Each time I've had nothing short of a serene experience. My oldest daughters bday was a July 2nd. We came here on the 1st for bday shoes and stuff. Ended up getting my oldest some nice Airmax 270's. And got my youngest her first pair of Jordan's. Today we visited and had to return 1 item and exchange another. The transactions were smooth as eggs. We found my oldest the correct size for another pair of 270's. And got my youngest a pair Jordan 1's. She really liked that they were silver all over. While looking around, my kids decided that I should grab something for myself & their mother. We ended up getting a matching Nike shirts for my wife and the oldest. And matching 270's for myself and my oldest. All 3 visits were taken care of by a staffer named "Cam". He did everything but pay for the items. As a former employee of a small locally owned running store, I have somewhat higher expectations when it comes to customer service. The store is very easy to navigate through. For the most part it was very organized. Didn't really find anything I liked....deals were okay nothing to write home about. I did find a pair of Nike socks (pack of 3) for about $6 for my son. Which was a really good deal. I'm with Jeff S. on this...for this to be a "factory" store, I don't see much in the way of huge savings. They seem like the same prices that Foot Locker & other shoe / apparel stores offer. However, my boyfriend has scored some inexpensive "wear every day" sneakers here before. The running shoes I purchased weren't a "real steal". Yes, they do have TONS of shoes for everyone in the family, as well as apparel. The employees, while they do acknowledge you, don't seem to know much about what they offer at the store or how to successfully ring up purchases / exchanges / refunds. read more

WoW! Nike's brand isn't popular for no reason. The quality of its products are superior to competitors. With that, the command a hIgher price. However, you can find great deals at the outlet. On my most recent visit, I was on a mission to find cute outfits to work around the house in. I was able to pick up three work out sets (jacket and pants), and two dry fit shirts for my husband for around $125 TOTAL. Not bad at all. It's common for clothes to be on sale, but not marked as such. Pretty much everything is on sale, at least 30%. So if you aren't sure, take it to the register. They are adequately staffed, and there's usually someone nearby to help. Lastly, they have mobile checkout. So you may be able to find someone working in the men's clothing department near the center of the store checking people out. Also, the BEST place to find tennis shoes for a reasonable price. read more

I don't understand how the girl behind the counter told me I can't return an item there because they have a 'no return policy and they are a discount outlet'. I'm not sure if she just didn't want to take it back (nothing wrong with it and purchased only 2 days before) or if she was honest. Either way it's inconvenient because the only other Nike store to return it at is 30 minutes away. If you purchase something from this store you should be able to return it back to the same store. So Nike running shoes and my feet get along great. Luckily this store and it's back wall of clearance shoes at sometimes insane prices make that perfect match just a little bit sweeter. For that reason alone, I make the trek to this store assuage my soles (terrible pun, insert moans and groans here) and usually come away a happy camper. Since this is a Nike store, the back half is fully dedicated to shoes that are divided by gender and then for the kiddos. The racks are pretty plainly laid out with an example shoe clearly set out to shoe whats inside all the adjacent boxes, which clearly show sizing on the labels attached to the sides. Price is clearly displayed, particularly if that style is on sale, and usually varies from the MSRP on the original box. This all has a very warehouse feel to it. The back wall is the sweet spot, however, as this is where final clearance shoes go, again broken down generally by size and gender, though things tend to get shuffled around quite a bit, so it helps to check sizing labels inside the actual shoes. You'll notice that box tops have been cut off and there is no guarantee that you'll find your size in every shoe you see. In fact, many are down to just a couple remaining pairs, and this is where the deals get sweetest. Multiple stickers mean the price has been dropped several times and only increases the value of your deal. It's something of a treasure hunt on that wall, but I have found some rather amazing deals on shows whose only fault is being a season or so behind. This goes for both running shoes, sport-specific shoes, and the more fashionable lifestyle shoes that occasionally appear. Now in fairness to this store, the front half is dedicated to clothing, both for performance and lifestyle wear. Seasonal choices here, but the deals are far and few between in comparison to a regular retail store, so I spend little time here. If there is anything to ding here, it is the lack of customer service and general unhelpfulness I continually see form the staff. To some degree, this is expected due to the warehouse feel, but a little show of concern every now and then would also go a long way. If I'm sitting down on a bench with six boxes of shoes open, you'd think someone might realize I'm real about making a purchase and might ask if they can help. No such luck, routinely. Also, I'd really appreciate more information either on a display or through an employee about the difference between some shoes. What's the different between Lunar Fly and Lunar Forever? How is Nike Free 7.0 different from Nike Free 5.0? Stuff like that. Blank stares and crickets chirping if I ask that to the staff, so thank goodness for smartphones and internet access there. So don't go here if you are looking for education or customer service, go here if you want the deals at prices even stronger than the online clearance store, especially when it comes to shoes. On that alone, I'll return here to fend for myself. read more
