There is no place to walk around and try out sneakers you bought from the store unless you walk inside a mall because in our case, our apartment is too tiny. Unfortunately, you cannot return anything if you wear them outside your house . So you will be stuck with a very high bill and no way to return these sneakers as we all tried them out in the mall and we're screwed.. my suggestion would be RUN RUN RUN far away from fit to run.! read more

Finding a good running shoe is hard to find. I have been running my whole life. Since I was five I ran abandoned airport strips with my father, in High School I ran my first half marathon, countless 5K's in between, and at 20 I ran my first marathon. All of this in shoes that couldn't hold up to the terrain, weather, or foot landing. My husband took me this to this store yesterday and although its little bit heavier on the budget. It's nice to find a starting point in your shoe journey. Upon entering I wanted to check out the gait test so they handed me a waiver and I bought some really cool (GUARANTEED) no blister socks! You can bring your own but I'm excited to put these no blister socks to the test. They specifically are looking at where you ankles land. Than they ask you about comfort and start consulting on what need out of a shoe. They have both runnings shoes and cross training. No need to be a distance runner to find "the one"! All in all Ryan made for a really great experience and yes I paid the 30.00 membership which actually came out to 14.00 after the discount. I normally enjoy going into the store for help on my fitness goals and the gear to match. However I couldn't get anyone to engage with me in the store. I stood on my phone for 15 minutes trying to find reviews on shoes and no one helped. 4 staff member stood in the back of the store and would not meet my gaze. It was a struggle to get someone to find the shoes for me and the staff seemed generally disinterested in anything. It was a poor experience and left frustrated. read more

Just went into the fit to run store they would not honor my club account. They said it wasn't anywhere in the computer system anything wow, very bizarre. Tonight, I went here looking for some sunglasses by Goodr that are only sold at select running shoe stores. These sunglasses were in a locked glass case but I'm not sure why since they are known as inexpensive ($35) lightweight running glasses. Anyway, when I asked the salesgirl who was a petite, young lady with braids, to open the glass case so I can try them on, she had a big time attitude while rolling her eyes. Why work in a retail store if you're not interested in helping customers? I hope the owner teaches the employees to provide better customer service. read more

Don't buy from them!! They are totally scandalous about returns. I was so excited to get Brooks Glycerins in my size that I bought 2 pairs online at what I thought was a fantastic price. Found out the hard way that the shoes are way too small (I have been wearing size 10s of this shoe for 15 years ... never had a problem) ... and when I tried to return them, this bullshit company told me that: 1) I would have to pay to ship them back, and 2) I can't put them in the original box?!? I just left the new Fit 2 Run store located in Disney Springs. Very nice store and was nicely greeted by Jenny. I looked around and sat down near the men's running shoes. I waited and waited for about 5 minutes. No one came by to see if I needed to be helped. I finally raised my hands and an employee finally came over. I asked why wasn't I being helped and mentioned I saw him and three other employees chatting. He said he was checking someone out and I told him he was not and mentioned I watched you for the past five minutes. He said if your going to make a big deal out if it please leave my store. I asked to see a manager and he said he was the manager. I said what? All I want is service and he said if you're going to make a big deal out if it leave my store. I said ok, you just lost a shoe sale. The store manager was rude and not wanting to make things work. So I left the store. This is not the Disney way. read more

Went to Disney Springs to spend $500 on running shoes for wife and me, plus $500 more for running gear/clothes. Easy sell, we thought. Not greeted upon entering. Told a male csr I needed running shoes and he mumbled, "what kind?". I told him I was new to running and wasn't sure. He asked what I was running with now, so I pointed to my feet. New Balance shoes. "Ah, those are trash", he responded, and led me to Brooks shoes. Said he recommended Brooks or ASICS because "they're the only two brands I know and we sell a lot of them". When I asked about price, he told me, and then when he saw me pull my phone out he said "don't bother" looking online cause I won't find a better deal anywhere, ever. I asked him the difference between various shoes and he said, "they're all pretty much the same". I asked about the treadmill/analyzer in the middle of the store, and he informed me it was to analyze how one runs. No offer to have me try it. Awkward. I asked him what the difference would be between me buying from him and buying online... he scoffed and said, "you can try them on here". Jerk! HORRIBLE service. Gave me the impression all your associates must be Class-A morons. No discounts for military or first responders. Disney pass holders only. Taking my business to Track Shack. Walked in on a whim, my latest trip to Disney World and asked if they could fit me for running shoes. I started working out at Orangetheory recently and my shins have been giving me fits. The employee who helped me was very kind and helpful. He scanned my feet and did a gait analysis on the treadmill, showing me where the issue was and what kind of support in shoes would help me. He brought out three pair of shoes for me to try and had me run on the treadmill in each pair to make sure I had the best fit. I will be back in 6 months when it's time to replace my shoes - I look forward to making a visit here part of my vacation! read more

Thanks for the free gait analysis! My BF and I visited the Disney Springs location specifically because we wanted to have a gait analysis done. I am new to running and my old sneakers were causing me extreme shin splints so I thought this would be a solution. Although it was packed just two days before Christmas, we received excellent and friendly service with Brandeis. He was extremely patient as I jogged around the track with various shoes, various sizes, with and without inserts. After I picked my new shoes, he spent time doing the same routine for my boyfriend. Brandeis was very professional and did not rush his time with us. He let us really try out all different shoes for the right fit. I would have given four stars except for two points. First, we bought our new shoes (wearing them out of the store) then and there. We could have saved a lot of money if we had purchased online- they do overprice the shoes here. (I guess in order to pay for trained employees who know what they are doing, the prices needed a hike.) We thought the gait analysis and time spent was worth going ahead and buying them on the spot, but the cost really was high compared to the exact same shoe online. Also, our top picks of colors were unavailable in our sizes in the store so we settled for our second picks. Overall, the customer service was good and the gait analysis really gave me the right shoe. WIth the new knowledge I will be replacing from online as opposed to buying in the store. This store wins on convenience, but loses at customer service. Located in Downtown Disney/Disney Springs, it's easy for me to get to which is what keeps me coming back. They have a good selection of products and I usually pick up Nuun tablets for running. With that said, the customer service leaves MUCH to be desired. While they have staff members standing at the front of the store in what I'd consider a "greeter" position, you are lucky to get a hello, or even some eye contact. I've also had a few incredibly poor interactions when checking out. While I do find myself stopping in the store when needed, I'd much rather go to Track Shack. read more

We visited Fit2Run during an interactive date night in Disney Springs. There were lots of patrons walking around and being assisted by a well versed staff. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They have a wide selection of athletic wear, accessories and sports shoes. They specialize in everything related to running. Recommend getting your feet fitted in the running tests with a properly trained associate and learning about their recommendations for your foot type. If their prices may not be in your budget - you can also watch their sales, try them online or try other stores with their recommendations from the fitting. read more

I was hung up on, accused of wanting a free pair of sneakers n spoke to 5 people and only one was kind enough to listen(Alicia). They were more concerned about getting back a damaged shoe than providing good customer service and then expected me to pay for the return fees until I spoke up and gave push back. I walked up to Diana, absolutely lost as to which shoe might be the best one for me. Instead of making me feel like I was completely clueless, she started asking me questions about my daily workout routine. I told her I work out at Orange Theory, which she does too, so she knew right away how important it was I find the right shoe! She called John over to come assist and he suggested I do a Gait analysis which analyzes your run or walk style. It was quick and easy! After running on the treadmill, they played it back to me I could see the results. John knew exactly what I needed and didn't hesitate to explain my results and answer any question I had! John also informed me of their run club that Fit2Run has -- and May I tell you, this is a FANTASTIC deal! $30 for the year gives you 10% off everything, but the best thing is, you have 30 days to try out your shoes and if you don't like them, you can bring them back and try something else! Just be aware that they do not have a normal return policy. We purchased a pair of Brooks running shoes, when we brought them home and tried them on in the house we decided the arch was too high and better to return them. We have NEVER had any problems with returns from other stores. The sales clerk first examined the bottom of the shoes for the smallest speck of anything and said the shoes were not new and could not be returned, I could not see anything on the shoe and guaranteed them the shoe was not worn outside. Made no difference, they offered us to join their "club" for $30.00 then they would exchange them only. No they will not get any more money and we are stuck with the shoes. Suggest you shop any other store, like Dicks Sporting that have a normal return policy and actually care about their customers. read more

Up the middle of the store was cups, sunglasses and body glade paste to stop chapping. Smart store to open in Disney Springs. Had a lot of customers in the store when I visited. Prices for most items were good. Although I liked the store a lot, I felt it was lacking in customer service. I did not walk around aimlessly as I know what I was looking for. Since I didn't act like I needed help, I was not greeted when I entered, nor did any of the employees working in the store ask me if I needed assistance. Great resource for the running community in Kissimmee/Orlando! I participate in their local weekly fun runs and find them to be well-organized and motivating (particularly for a newbie runner). I went to the store for a fitting/gait analysis and got a lot of great information. The associate (Alisa?) was very patient and spent lots of time with me. Unfortunately the store didn't have the right shoe in my size (I'm hard to fit), but I was able to find their recommended shoe online and it is perfect! Would definitely go back to Fit2Run for the benefit of their expertise (and with any luck, I'll be able to purchase from them next time). I did walk out with a pair of correcting inserts and I could immediately feel the improvement after my first run. Totally worth the visit, even if I did have to park in Disney Casting and walk from one end of DTD alllll the way over the other :) read more

I love this store and come here every time I am at Disney or in Orlando. I have bought several pairs of shoes, clothing, and a great workout bra here. The staff is always friendly and they know what they are talking about. I find plenty to discuss with them and usually end up here for about 40 minutes - never leaving empty handed. I like the unique items you can get for running like the sweatshirts (I got a "Long Runs & Snuggles Sweatshirt that I LOVE). I love Disney Springs and feel strangely enough like it is a home base for me even though I live in the DC Area and am moving to the Bay Area. I think its the people and the fun location - but they also have a great selection. Highly recommended to stop here and look for the unusual items you can get as well - esp. the T Shirts and Handful bras! read more

The nice thing about Fit2Run is just how it sounds, a source for runners to find gear to better enjoy their passion. Specific stores like this are harder to find. The location is pretty nice nested into the West Side of Downtown Disney. There is a great selection of product as well with pretty decent organization. Shoes wise, most of the top brands are there in their current models at a good price. Plenty of things to train with like compression socks. However, their apparel could be more diverse. Although, I do enjoy the store and their concept, the staff continuously are less than desirable. More often I walk in and they are clumped together talking, not acknowledging anyone who walks in store. Also, they are not knowledgeable about their product. I came in a few months ago to purchase a yoga mat and after finally getting the attention of someone, they led me half way around the store to a roller. While vacationing at WDW, I went here today with my family planning on buying at least a couple of pairs, one of which was the Nike Zoom Vapourfly 4% which was $300. Not only were we not greeted by anyone the whole 15 mins we waited (so I started trying out shoes on my own), one of the girls came up and rudely told me not to walk in the 4%. Really??? How am I expected to spend $250 on a pair without trying them on? I guess I didn't look like a serious buyer to this person? Such poor customer service. I tried to use a gift card for ALL down town shops and she refused it. I showed her the paper that listed their location and she said" yeah I know, we still don't take it". With many running stores popping up and the ability to shop online they should work harder at building relationships. Here's the thing... I met a representative at the RunDisney Expo in January of 2016. I was super excited to see their store in Disney Springs in WDW. My husband and I walked in.. Browsed the shoes for about 10 mins.. Picking some we liked and browsed the rest of the store. We would've each bought shoes and possibly more! However, during the approx 20 mins we were in the store NOT ONE associate greeted us or asked if we needed help. I watched as they greeted other customers, who, perhaps looked more for than we did, then went back to chatting with each other. So I made the choice to leave. She was extremely patient and thorough, measured both feet and put me on a treadmill to be sure what type of sneaker best suited me.
