I made the trek from OC to go to this store because I saw that the Nike LA Marathon swag was being sold here, and Im glad I came here instead of the other LA stores! It's a nice big store with a cool mural in the front, different from any Nike store I've been to. Parking was super easy and accessible. My friend and I planned to buy 5 hoodies and shirts for ourselves and our friends since we recently ran LA Marathon, and the store had limited stock on the merch. But all the workers were super friendly and patient with us as we frequently requested different sizes! Overall had a pleasant experience here. read more

customer service here is TRASH. I see no point in having floor employees if they are not going to help you. I went in not even a "hello welcome", even though they were posted in front of the door, but too busy talking amongst each other. We were there for about 25 min and not one worker came up and offered help and there were like 6 out there with barely any people in the store. The worse part was the cashier "damarie" or whatever. Not a hello when we approached to pay. That girl had a stank face the whole time. Like people if you aren't a people person if you aren't friendly DO NOT WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE! Someone stole my wallet and phone. We saw the person at this Nike store (following my phones location) we called the store to warn them - the manager on Duty said they will not check ID or do anything to prevent someone from using my credit card - cut to them spending over $2k at this store. I think NIKE should be able to do more than that. I will never wear Nike again. Real big turn off. Thank you to Apple for immediately refunding me and now this store is out $2k. You should have called the police and notified them. You could have prevented something big. Shame on you. read more

If you come and return something here pls make sure you get cash or return back to your original form of payment. DO NOT opt for gift card refund, so when I'm ready to use my gc a month later my balance was at $0 and when I called, Nike couldn't do anything but they knew the card was compromised the very next day I got it they told me to go to the store so I went, waiting for about an hour to also tell me they couldn't do anything that some "Martha in Oregon used it and Nike was already investigating that address" more so reason to do right by the customer and just give me my refund back..no refund no coupon no anything. Multimillion dollar company and also very sketchy store. Don't even buy gift cards here either since Nike doesn't have a secure gc system anyway! This store almost always has heat when it comes to the newest releases in Nike or Jordan sneakers. They also typically have great sales and discounts. The staff are helpful and typically upbeat, which really puts this outlet above the others in the area, in my opinion. Convenient parking in the lot out front, and spacious, clean store. The security is very friendly as well. Definitely my go-to Nike location in LA. read more

Very cool store. I like how they are community based. Took my daughter here for a Mamba Basketball event. Pretty much it was a basketball camp themed towards Kobe's daughter, Gigi, they had professional training there along with giving out free swag bags, free Mambacita emblemed basketballs, drinks etc. we had an amazing time and the store had released the mambacita kobes that day as well. read more

The store was very large and new. I drove all the way to Santa Monica to do a return from an online order and they were closed for remodeling!! The watts location was great. It is in a newer plaza with plenty of convenient parking. It was busy so you will have to wait in line to check out but the line moved fast. My first visit here (a few months ago) was a very pleasurable shopping experience. The customer service was top notch, the store was well stocked, and clean. I liked it so much I opted to drive from Orange County to go back. I'm not sore what happened but ALL of that changed, especially the customer service. I'm hoping that maybe it's an off day for them but probably not. The store was still clean minus all the merchandise on the floor. However, the customer service was non existent. I work near by, and saw when they were about to open it. After three weeks I finally came. From the entrance there was a line maybe 7 people in front. However the line was moving pretty fast and we got in within 6 minutes. I loved how all the employees are very helpful, very kind and professional. I wanted to write a review because I'm super excited and proud to see a Nike store in the "hood". I like how the everything is set up, and so many employees willing to help you. As I got to the register the cashier was helping me, I got my Nike membership, and I was able to get an extra 10% discount. Probably once of the worst Nike outlets out here Every employee has a new rule or something once you're about to pay Had about 5 items and I asked an employee if the the 30% all store purchase was applicable and he said yes, shopped around for like 30 mins and went to go pay and lady at register said no. Because it has to end in a .97 or .99 which I've never heard before. So wasted a cool 1 hour to leave empty handed but I'm sure they hook up the homies. This was the first time I been to this location and I must say the store was absolutely clean. Luis approached me and asked if I needed help. I explained what type of shoes I was looking for and wanted to see what he recommended. He understood exactly what I wanted and the first pair he showed me was perfect. I love going to stores and the staff knows what I'm asking for. He was definitely kind and friendly. I shared I was going to ride my bike for 20 miles as a challenge to myself but I was nervous and I needed new shoes because the last ones I ran them out. I waited outside for roughly 5-7 minutes and sparked up a conversation with their employee, Keys. He was very kind enough to suggest a specific Nike training shoe before walking into the store. I was just at Nike returning some shoes that did not fit me and I obviously try them on. And the two cashiers Giselle and another African American cashier were being very rude while I was returning the shoes saying that the shoes were defective only because I try them on. The paper that comes in the box was all messed up because I have a baby and he was playing with the paper. Both cashiers were giving me faces and smiling at each other like making fun of me for returning the shoes. I was also there to purchase other things but they made me feel uncomfortable so I just left instead. I called the Nike store and spoke to the "manager" Robert asked for the other girls name and he said he couldn't give it to me for safety reason. He said he will speak to them. Hopefully he does because you shouldn't treat your customers like that and make them feel uncomfortable where they don't want to shop anymore. Not a lot of beer shoes but they do have some deals. With covid and them being new a new store we waited almost two hours to get in to shop for 30 mins. They hand out ice cold waters while you wait in line which is nice. The store is not that big. But again I some good deals on clothes and shoes and you get 15% if you download their app. read more

I went to this location for the first time. I looked around at their shoe selection and found some shoes I liked. A gentleman that works there (didn't catch his name) assisted me in checking if they had the size I was looking for there. Unfortunately he stated they didn't have the size but The citadel location did. He asked me for my name and stated that would call them so they can hold a pair for me. I specifically told him if he was sure they had them because I would have to drive all the way over there. He reassured me and told me don't worry they do , just give them your name and they can help you .
