He sarcastically said, "Oh, a return after the Fourth of July." When I called him out on how unprofessional and rude that was, he dismissed it by saying, "It's just a joke." A joke is only funny when everyone is laughing--not when it makes a customer feel unwelcome for making a perfectly valid return. Returns are part of retail, and customers shouldn't be made to feel like they're an inconvenience. Kevin's attitude was disrespectful, and I hope management addresses how customers are treated because this experience was completely unnecessary.

It was 50% off on Green tag sale when I went so I got a Zara top, J Crew Top for less than $3 each. I got also got an H&M vest that's like a dress for $10. Total spent $16. Nice cashier lady. For some reason. The fitting room is "not in service" since COVID. They don't allow trying. They allow exchange within 14 days. Maybe they can organize it more by brands. Easier to find too!
