I usually stop in here and it's always great and they have lots of great deals! There was only one cashier because I came around 1pm on a Wednesday but it was still fast service. I got a pair of air forces for only $65! Usually get all my shoes from here and a couple other places! Definitely recommend! I love Nike shoes and they really take a beating. I walk my dog 4 times a day, in all types of weather. My Nikes keep me going strong. This store has the nicest employees. So, many offered to help me and even look up information on my style of Nike. Now, unfortunately they didn't have my size in stock, but the excellent service will keep me coming back. There were tons of shoes and Nike clothing too. The mens section seemed a little better stocked to me. So, Nike management, please order some more ladies clothing. I mean Nike Factory stores have been around long enough for people to know how to shop at them. The stores are set up by shoe size along the walls, and in the aisles are the same exact shoes displayed on the end caps. I guess if you have a shoe thats not in your size, you'd need to ask if they have it in the back, but chances are they don't. Even if they did and they said they didn't how would you know? So I don't even ask...lol During my last visit we found a pair of Jordan womens Jordan 6 Retro for 190.00. that the owner of Out Of Stock [The sneaker head shoe store on the upper level] said he could easily get $400.00 for. Some of my best purchases have come at Nike Factory Stores. It's always worth going and taking a look. read more

this location is well organized when they are mot busy. there should be more checkout options then that one extra long line. some stores have people checking customers out using the mobile option which gets things moving. more toddler shoes without laces would be be helpful. read more

The store is generally crowded, but the staff work very hard to ensure that the check out lines move fast. Oftentimes, the employees will work together by allowing the next customer in line to checkout at a kiosk. The employees are always friendly and willing to "check the back" to find a size of color that is not on the showroom floor. I have never had any issue with this location. Things are generally well stocked. I have often asked a staffer to check another location for a hard to find item and I have never gotten any resistance. read more

This was my first trip to the outlet mall/Nike Factory store since the pandemic hit the states in full force back in March. I was worried that the outlet mall and factory store would have trouble enforcing the COVID-19 policies given the crowd sizes this place typically attracts. Alas, the store did a good job with abiding by Covid-19 policies throughout their store with rules posted on their front door, hand sanitizer station at the front entrance, employees wearing masks, and signs all inside the store that encouraged social distancing. The deals are the best in town so I can't complain about that at all! The only downside was that they only had two employees working the cash registers and they took their sweet old time with ringing up customer products even though they barely bought anything. All in all, a good outlet experience with prices that can't be beat! read more

I am not impressed by this store at. I don't think I was acknowledged by one associate while I was there. I was not greeted and was in and of the store multiple times. Also, not once was I asked if I needed any help or anything. There is not much variety to choose from. A lot of there sale items consisted of the same items just in different colors or items that were very similar style. read more

Came to this store during the week around lunch time. An associate did ask me if I needed help when I was looking at shoes so that was nice. But when we got in line, there was about 7 people in line and two cashiers open. One gentleman was texting in between customers. He would help someone and grab his phone to text and wait until he was done to help the next customer. Even with a line, other than one associate in the shoe department to help, two other associates were having their own conversation. I did see one of the cashiers clean the table and the credit card machine a few times but the guy on his phone cleaned it only one time after a few customers. Amazing Nike Outlet store located only a few exits away from my home! Came here one morning to exchange a pair of shoes and I noticed that they were having a small meeting before the store opened. I completely understand now why this location always provided impeccable customer service. Kudos to the managers that trained their employees to be the best of the best. You will always find someone in the store ready to assist. It's often that I find the best deals here and walk out with something even when I'm not looking. As a longtime Nike lover, I had high expectations for this store. It met every single one. It is a very large store with a huge selection of shoes, apparel, and accessories. I expected to see a lot of shoeboxes, but not that many! They are all priced very well compared to retail stores. I saw one pair of women's sneakers selling for almost half the retail price, and my boyfriend bought sneakers with a retail price of $130 for only $80. That's a great deal. Besides the selection, what sells me about this store is the customer service. There are so many employees eager to help you in any way they can. They are all friendly and dedicated to find what you're looking for. Caleb is especially very helpful. None of them have that fakeness that many people in customer service jobs have. They are genuine, let their personalities shine through, and appear to truly love the products they sell. Caleb is very knowledgeable about all the different Nike styles offered, and I've noticed this among all the employees. I will definitely continue to shop here. I love Nike for many reasons, including their customer service. This store makes me love it even more. read more

Let's start with why is your hours on google 7pm but you "reserve the right to close your doors at 6:30" per Joshua the rude manager! Anywho, my aunt was at under armor across from Nike while my minor cousins were in Nike.. About 6:45 my cousins were sitting waiting on her to come in so that she could pay for their stuff & they denied her access, just to simply accompany them at the register. & Joshua is so unprofessional he's literally trying to argue with two minor children telling them go get her card but she can't come in. Wow! This is how you talk to your child customers. I asked the associates at the counter for his name & they all played dumb like they do not know the manager's name.. & I was otp with corporate & told them this so one of the girls tries to argue with me about not knowing his name so I reported her as well but she refused to give her name talking about I don't have to give you my name to corporate. Today was our first visit to Nike store since the start of pandemic. absolutely disappointing . store was too crowded no 25% capacity limit per Montgomery county rules, were practiced and no social distancing was possible as too many people were in the store at the time. Other store were managing the number of people entering the store and people had to line up outside and wait to get in , not at Nike store!! Definitely management negligence. read more

Today I arrived at the Nike Outlet Store in Clarksburg, MD at 6:48pm. I made sure I checked the outlet hours before I took the 15-minute dive. I was not allowed to enter the store to exchange an item that I purchased. I spoke with the manager, Angel R., and she informed the reason for the change in hours was because they were not sure everyone would leave by 7pm. That makes no sense whatsoever. She was very abrupt and showed that my 30-minute round trip not worth closing on time. Just because we are in a pandemic does not give your company or mangers to treat customers less than ideal. read more

Visited the Nike Store in the new Clarksburg Outlet mall in Montgomery County Maryland. Looking for deals on Nike products and sportswear and was pleasantly surprised to find deals on shoes and clothing in the right size. As sportswear shopper, and in comparison to other sporting goods stores, the prices are ok but at least on this visit not spectacular as the "outlet" title would imply. One pair of shorts that were on the clearance rack, as found out at the register were $120 for a pair of black "TTG EEG" mens shorts. The fabric was nice but not that nice enough to justify the cost. Sneakers on the other hand were relatively good deal if the idea is to buy nike branded products otherwise the deals at other sporting goods are comparable and even online there may be comparable deals. This store has a good selection and runs special sales regularly. In addition to outlet pricing it pays to check with the staff and see what specials are going on on any particular day in order to get the best deal. Just stopped in today to get my hands on some Flyknits and ended up leaving with two other pairs of shoes as well. I cannot begin to explain how helpful the gentleman at this location was during my shopping experience! I believe his name was Tyler? Not so sure but the staff here is incredibly helpful and welcoming! I didn't have to go and search for an employee to help me which is usually the case when you're shopping at retail stores. He was extremely knowledgeable & professional! The cashier who rung me up was also very respectful and it was just an overall amazing experience. The closest Nike Factory Store for me is the Leesburg Outlet location and that store needs better trained employees because the Clarksburg staff truly knows how to work with people! 5 stars without a doubt! read more

Need assistance? You'll have to ask. There were a handful of associates on the floor, but they were busy carrying on conversations amongst themselves. Even when my sister was visibly having difficultly reaching for a box shoes on a top shelf, no one offered assistance or asked if we needed help. Also, associates should be more mindful of the language they use. Having said that, you'll find very basic Nike stuff here at the outlet. Like sweats, shorts, hoodies, t-shirts, occasionally sports jerseys. They have a good selection of shoes at decent prices. read more

This outlet store is amazing! I wandered around a little bit, unsure of what to buy as I am new to fitness but have been in it long enough to where I thought I should buy something a little nicer than my old sweats and t-shirt I currently wear. All of the employees were super helpful and friendly, but Jamahl is the one who stood out to me. I told him what I was looking for and he knew exactly what to get me and even helped me with picking out a cute style! Because you have to look good while working out too right . He got me signed up with Nike rewards (super easy signup process btw) and even got me checked out right on the floor so I wouldn't have to wait. Normally I feel very uncomfortable and judged in athletic clothing stores but that was not the atmosphere here! Everyone was so approachable and kind and willing to help in any way possible to ensure I left happy. I will definitely be coming back here again! read more
