They carry all the name brands you want: from Lulu to Vuori to Hoka and beyond. Prices are higher but Gazelle stands by their products and have a generous return policy! Gazelle has multiple locations across the state, but if you are in the west Michigan area, I recommend going to the 28 location because their selection will be wider than the DT spot. I brought in a pair of men's dress shoes for a polish and refinish. When I picked them up the shoes…read morelooked okay. Not great, but okay. However, there were no laces. When I asked where they were, he claimed they didn't have laces when I brought them in, and that he didn't remove the laces when he polished/refinished shoes. First off, who does a whole shoe polish without removing the laces? No professional I know. Second, I know for a fact that they had laces in them when I brought them in. His solution was to sell me new laces. After charging me $30 for polishing/refinishing the shoes he wanted me to pay more to replace the laces he apparently lost. Of course I said no, I wasn't giving him more money. I will not return to Cascade Shoe Service. There are plenty of others I can go to instead.
