I have never stepped foot inside Premier, but I am a fan because of their fantastic customer service via online purchasing. I'm a sneakerhead, and Premier has been my first choice when it comes to procuring Nike SB Dunk sneakers. They have always been consistent and fair when they release a new sneaker, and although some versions of the SB Dunk sell out almost immediately, I've been able to get my hands on a pair or two. Once I've purchased a shoe from Premier, depending on the time of day, that purchase has shipped out on the same day and arrives at my doorstep in a couple of business days. My most recent purchase was the SB Dunk Low Pro Aluminum. I bought these shoes on their website on the afternoon of 2/4/25 and, as I write this, they have arrived at my home the morning of 2/7/25. I live in Los Angeles California, and I used their online shop only so I have no comment on how things work in the physical shop itself. I am a small business owner myself who sells products online, so I can appreciate a positive or negative Yelp review. I feel like I was punished when I purchased a pair of Nike SB dunks from Premier online when I received my shoes in the mail. They felt very uncomfortable from the first time I tried them on. I wanted to return them right away so I contacted Premier for a return AU to send back the shoes. I was told that they do not cover returns, and they would send me a return label, then deduct it from my refund. I can't understand how a business can do this to it's customers who have no idea if the shoe fits or not regardless of online policy. I believe the "customer" in my situation should be compensated for a "full refund". In this case Premier has chosen to let $14 dollars dictate my future purchases with them. I think Its petty, and cheap. I really hope Premier can stay in business well past 2019, however if they keep up this business motto I don't see it happening. read more

Crazy fast shipping. I ordered shoes at 2 PM monday and they were here at 11 AM on Tuesday. I live a couple hundred miles away. They must of packed them up and dropped them off within a hour of me placing my order. One weird thing about this store is it says no returns on sale items. That could be a problem when ordering shoes. Not sure if they really enforce it or not but something to be aware of. Otherwise cool shop, even sent me some stickers. read more

Eended up calling Premier for a phonr order. After 24 attempts I finally could speak to Blake. He was very patient and absolutely helpful. For some reason my credit card kept getting declined, instead of hanging up on me they offered to send me a Paypal invoice instead. Premier is the S**T, in a good way! I had doubts at first because my order got held up, and when I would track my tracking number it only said it was shipped from grand Rapids, thats all it was telling me, my delivery date came and went. Come to find out it got held up in Chicago. So I emailed Premier to see what was going on and if they could help me! They emailed back immediately, and contacted fed ex, and figured out what exactly was going on with my order! Stayed in contact with me through email the entire time! When I finally got my order, and I opened the box, I could not be more happy with the goods. Everything is perfect, and not to mention the shoes were cheaper than everywhere else, and they have color ways that I cant find where I'm at, or just in general on other sites.
