The store is very big and the workers were all very nice. The prices are really good, but you get what you pay for. The quality isn't great, but these clothes are meant to go with whatever looks popular. You can get a ton of shoes/sunglasses/shirts/rompers/dresses for just a few bucks. Perhaps because it was a quiet mid-morning weekday the staff were hanging around more with each other than paying attention to us needing to use the fitting rooms. So it took awhile to get that going. If you need cute shoes and don't have the cash to burn for those $120 Doc Marten boots or Sperry boat shoes, come here. Adorable styles that leave the bank account smiling. Love it here, wish one would open up close. But it could be nice it is a bit of a drive because it's my little secret!

If I can give 0 star I will, the worst store I ve been to, running by bunch of kids, irresponsible,…read moredisrespectful and unprofessional, I walked in to exchange an item, I didn't find anything I like, so I decide to return it and get my money back, The person I spoke to was too rude, the when to get another person who wasn't able to help, they told me I can't return it but they can exchange it, I had my receipt and my card, I stepped out of the store call customer services to see what should be done, I returned and asked to speak to the floor namager, the same rude girl present her self as a floor manager, when I asked to see her badge, she said she doesn't have one, I asked her how do I know I am speaking to the floor manager, she start yelling and walk to the back of the store saying "you want my badge I ll get you my badge" she returned with a small card with a green sticker and a first name on black no last name to title, and it looks nothing like the one the other employees are wearing, all of the sudden I was approached by 2 security guards asking me what s the problem, I looked at her and was socked, I asked her if she called them on me, she denied it. I explained to them what happened she change her words saying that she never said she was the floor manager but she is the manager, I kept asking her to show me her badge to make sure I am talking to the right person, at some point I was like no need to argue with an ignorant, so I took another tour in the store to see if I can find anything, employees were following and gigling behind my back, which made me uncomfortable and I walked out the store hearing her laughing. I didn't curse or disrespect anybody in the store I was trying to return an item that was not in clearance nor final sale and I got treated as garbage. Thanks you Crocs for honoring your customers.
