I explained to them what happened she change her words saying that she never said she was the floor manager but she is the manager, I kept asking her to show me her badge to make sure I am talking to the right person, at some point I was like no need to argue with an ignorant, so I took another tour in the store to see if I can find anything, employees were following and gigling behind my back, which made me uncomfortable and I walked out the store hearing her laughing.
