Went in today to get my engagement ring resized. We were greeted right away and asked if we were coming in for any particular reason and I said to get my ring resized. We were directed to an associate to help us. She asked if I wanted a resize or if I wanted to add material instead. She let me try her ring on with the added material but I didn't like the feeling of it so I said I wanted a resize still. They brought us down to the jeweler who looked at my hand and knee exactly what size I'd be and took the sizing gage/ring out and confirmed. Took him about 20 min to resize the ring and it was perfect. Resized it from 6.25 to 5.75. No visible seam from the resize. Looks flawless. Would go back here for other jewelry needs. read more

My fiance and I went in there in February to look at wedding rings. I felt zero pressure to purchase them or purchase the most expensive one. The salesman showed us around and listened to what we liked and wanted. When I said let's purchase them. The salesman still lowered the price from what they were marked as. The price seemed extremely reasonable. Also paid less because we paid with Zelle as oppose to CC. When we came back to pick them up, we dealt with different people who were equally as great. They cleaned my engagement ring and made it shine and cleaned the wedding ring as well. They also left us with a bottle of wine to celebrate! BEWARE!!! They will sell you stolen goods, that they claim the sold it to the original owner and they've known them for years. Used Rolex watch sold and went sent into Rolex service it turned out to be stolen. Came to this jewelry store to buy a "supposedly" Diamond ring for an ex of mine a few years ago. Held on to it for a year before I decided to sell it on eBay. Before I sold it on eBay, I got it checked out and was told it was Cuban Zirconia Diamond.
