We finally went into the store. My younger daughter (11 years old) was looking around. We finally purchased some items... at the counter the girl who rang us up was curt with us as well. I believe his name was Zack Who helped me find a specific T-shirt for my 14-year-old son searched the whole store even in places that I already checked. about 10 minutes in Zach found the shirt.!. Both associates were very pleasant, friendly, outgoing, helpful, but Zack stood out for me. I don't think I ever had a sales associate anywhere ever put so much effort into finding what I was looking for. I am grateful and I hope that he's acknowledged thank you.

I almost went in there today and then I remembered that horrible experience.
