It has always been an outlet mall and to have stores like this start to encroach into the outlet mall is not cool, in my book at least. I know all shopping centers are looking for ways to stay relevant and keep their doors open, but if I wanted to pay full price, I would have found a mall with this store in it. Not make a destination shopping trip to be robbed of a spot for discounted items. Being and outdoor outlet mall it is always weird to see a mall based store try to fit in. But once you walk in the door, it's as if you just came off the mall concourse. There is nothing special here and that hits home when there isn't much selection, no difference in appearance, and pricing is as if you can't get these shoes anywhere else. I didn't enjoy it in here the least. The employees themselves even looked like they didn't want to be in here. We weren't greeted or helped. So it was a quick stop and back outside we went.

For several years, I have occasionally shopped in this store. The quality of clothing is decent, and the prices can be reasonable. As seen in my previous review, I bought a high-quality fall coat here for a low price, and the employees courteously served me. Most recently, I felt most interested in this store's polo shirts for my husband. The store was having a 50%-off sale, so I felt happy with the prices. I also liked the women's tees that cost only $13 each. I, however, ended up buying only two six-pair packs of socks. Both an employee and a sign told me that the socks were BOGO. I stood at the checkout counter for several minutes. An employee folded shirts and did not even say hello to me. I told her that I was ready to check out, and she replied that she was new. Another employee eventually came and rang up my purchase as regular rather than sale price. I mentioned the sale to him. He had to get a third employee to correct the price in the cash register.

I've never felt claustrophobic here - only mentioning that since other outlets here can get pretty congested and hard to navigate through. Vince's set us up with a nice variety of Birkenstock and Altra to get her sorted out. They make custom insoles and have the largest selection of Birkenstocks we have ever seen! We are huge Altra fans and they have the best selection we have ever seen. They only sell shoes that are good and healthy for your feet. If you are having any sort of foot/shoe issue, make the trip to the special store. They sell shoes that are shaped like human feet - There are not many shoe stores that do that! (And none with a selection as good a Vince's). Go to here. You will likely need to take a number (yep! they actually do that), but it will be worth every second that you wait. Today was crazy busy but the entire staff worked with us untill two hours after closing to make sure we had what we needed. This is the best place to by Birkenstocks (trust me).

What I did use while in here were the facilities. Although these stores don't have the best reputation when it comes to their facilities, this one actually was in decent shape.
