My elderly mom loves her Skechers. It's easy to get in and out of this place, and they have the size 10W shoes she needs. When I asked a staff member where I could find the style of shoes she likes, she quickly pointed me in the right direction. Mom spent about 15 minutes trying on shoes and ended up purchasing two pair. The checkout process was quick and painless. And, since she purchased two pair of shoes, one was half price. Absolutely love this warehouse. I'll admit, I'm a penny pincher and so I never buy shoes when they're full price. I use my sneakers a lot, I wear through them, and then they need to be replaced -- so, it just does not make sense for me to purchase them at full price. That's why I come here. They have a vast markdown section that I love to find my next pair of sneakers in. They have great sales. I recently ended up getting a $75 pair of sneakers for $22.50 on sale once they marked them down. You cannot beat that! Staff is always friendly. I think the same guy that helps me has been there for the past 4 years and I have to say, he's the best. Always helpful. More than willing to order something for you if it isn't in your size at the store (my mom wears a size 5.5 adult woman's shoe... good luck trying to find those... but they'll order them and ship them to you from here -- which is great because my mom ties out a 6 and at least knows if the shoe is comfy before she orders it). Worst customer service ever. The associates don't acknowledge your presence, don't offer any help and generally avoid being anywhere near you. The security guard follows you everywhere, even to the point of literally standing right next you; and still not even a hello or do you need any help. When you ask someone a question, they literally tell you to go ask someone else and then just stand there texting on their phone. I could not believe it. read more

I personally do not like to write about stores that you can find all over the USA but I have to say that I am pretty impressed by the outlet store! I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter that should have cost me $70 for about $30. It is a pretty good deal!! We come here all the time. My favorite Chinese Restaurant is in the same shopping center. I find everyone who works in this store to be helpful if you need to find something. My favorite area is in the back of the store where they have clearance sales. Both me and the hubby always seem to find shoes in our sizes at really cheap prices. They have large selections of everything for everyone's feet. They have some clothing like shorts and tees as well. Usually mostly on sale. All in all it pays to stop in here. They have the 1/2 price on second pair. I get annoyed at this sales pitch but I suppose families might find this just right for their needs. Most of the shoes are perfect for my purposes like Zumba and Pound classes. Very soft pliable and kushy. read more

I live 45 miles south east of town. I called the store at 2 o'clock this afternoon to inquire if they had a shoe style and size that I'm looking for. I was told they had it in stock. After driving an hour from my home to get to the store I was advised that they do not stock this style. I spoke to two different managers and all they could do was apologize. 1st time there and probably the last. All the workers were standing near the entrance, and never attempted to help a single customer the whole time I was there. I was there for just one particular shoe style, after visiting several other shoe stores. They directed me to this store and I thought to myself they should have what I was looking for. Well they did have what I was looking for but I was sticker shocked! Almost every pair was $90 about 20% higher than other sellers. One side of the bldg said it was a clearance area and big sign that said 30-50% off....so I figured I would take a look there. I found a pair that was my size and what I was looking for. Now here comes the kicker! Guess how much the clearance shoes were? Yep the famous $90...lol. I brought it to the attention of several workers and they said $90 was the price! I said well I can buy these same shoes anywhere else for $70-$80 plus most other stores would give a military discount on top of that and walked out. I ended up going to a Famous Footwear where I had a very helpful associate and found what I was looking for. The price was $80 minus 10% military discount. Lesson learned dont go to the outlet stores, they are no cheaper than retail and their employees dont care. If they had offered me 30% discount on the supposedly clearanced shoes I would have bought them and gave a better review but that was a major turn off. read more

Huge outlet store with a massive selection. I roamed the aisled and got lost in the sea of neons, exercise kicks and more. I ended up getting two pairs of new kicks for under $50. Such a good deal. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. read more
