Change management. Train employees to be friendly and non-confrontational. When a non-retired veteran is told he needs a veterans ID to prove he was a veteran and gets denied a discount the employee says is good to all veterans retired or not. Then the employee tells me they are in the military and that non-retired veterans get Department of Defense ID'S as well. I told her this is not the case, she continued to argue. I offered her a copy of my DD-214, my GovX ID and an old military ID. No go, she looked down on me, I told her to finish the transaction. I then asked for the manager. He was pretty useless, friends of the employees. I explained everything to him and how I've used all these id's, mentioned the airlines, his response was we're not the airlines. I came to this store to look for a specific shoe that I wanted but I had zero luck. They had somewhat limited options for clothing and upon walking in the associates were all in corner talking about their weekend plans, not even acknowledging customers walking in. Their shoe options were very limited and didn't carry my size. Their prices also were not really a good deal. I went to this store to buy my son school clothes. I presented my expired military ID as I have done many times before, and the young lady and young man manager would not accept it because it is expired. NEWS FLASH... people who do not retire from the military do not receive active veteran ID cards (which is most veterans). My discharge paperwork is in my safe at home. Since you don't want to give a military discount to a clear veteran like you have done a million times before, I will be cancelling my Nike membership. read more

This is a great store, my only knock on it today is that I watched two employees aimlessly fold clothes while continuing to look up at how long the line is getting. Watched those two employees do this, while I waited 10+ mins to get checked out. Kind of annoying to watch them talk with each other on the walkies while waiting to get help from one of the three people actually checking people out. Kyle was great though! Either way this store still deserves a 4 as they have good prices and the majority of staff is legit. read more

We as a family love coming into the Nike Store. It is almost always busy and crowded because of the discounts you can find . Walking in you will see a variety of clothing and shoes . Usually with some sale item shirts in front to make them easier to find . Shoes on the back wall are on clearance . Watch for the clearance sales as they usually have a discount on top of the price . Make sure your shoes are matching in sizes before you leave because sometimes they are back on the shelve and people will mix them up . Store employees really do try hard to keep it organized but with so many people coming in and out of the store it makes it difficult for them to find everything out of place . The line to check out may be long but it does move fairly quickly so I wouldn't be discouraged by that . This is definitely a go to place at the Outlet Mall ! read more
