It's a small store, jammed with a variety of tops, skirts, dresses, jeans, purses, shoes and accessories. The prices are on the higher end (for those of you who shop at Target), but within reason (I thought so, anyway). If hate giant departments stores (me), are on the lookout for something a bit different from the mall shops (me) and you're a woman who wears a size 12 or less, then you might want to give this place a go. I know, Papillion isn't exactly the mecca of high fashion in the Omaha area, but there's a little jewel downtown that's worth a visit. My wife wanted to buy me some Docker's pants for Christmas and we decided to try this JC Penny's. Since it is in Town Center, parking was definitely not a problem. We were greeted at the entry and given "surprise" discount cards. They had a good selection of Docker's and we found what we wanted at a great price. When walking around we found some great discounts on Hagar pants, flannel shirts, and cold weather jackets so they went into the shopping basket as well. Checkout was fast, efficient and friendly. The clerk ran us up in two separate purchases so we could use both discount cards. And the final price was a LOT cheaper than I expected. The store definitely had some great holiday discounts. JC Penny's has gotten a bad reputation over the years so I was somewhat reluctant to shop there. But we had a great experience since on this visit we received friendly service from every employee we encountered, good selection of the things we wanted, and nice discounts. I was going to give it 4 stars, but as I wrote this review I realized we had a 5 star visit so changed my overall rating.

My wife has been buying Sketchers for me for years now, but I've never been in one of their stores…read morebefore. Extensive selection of shoes and we were both able to find exactly what we wanted. Service was extremely friendly and efficient. Sketchers are not the cheapest shoes around, but I like their features and they have been long lasting for me, so I don't mind paying. But I do appreciate that they had a discount on the shoes we wanted, and also give a military discount, so the final price was a lot cheaper than expected. My wife also likes that this store is in the Shadow Lake shopping center so she can get a lot of her other shopping done in one trip.

I learned a lot, and had a lot done, taking closer to an hour than the 25 minutes planned, which was totally fine with me (she asked to make sure)! My skin is very sensitive, and I had some small scratches afterward that healed in 2-3 days. My skin is still very smooth 2 weeks out, so I can tell the exfoliating and other procedures really made a difference. Definitely recommend trying it out!

First of all, the person that was doing my facial that I scheduled with texted me morning of to confirm (after I already did the day before thru their text system) and when I got there they told me I was with someone else and when I asked about it I was told well, Charissa is the manager and was doing b2b marketing. That in and of itself tells me they're just a business and don't care about actual skincare or clients, just getting more money. In the room, I've never gotten a facial before where I didn't get into a robe and the girl stayed in there while I got on the bed. Again, never in my life have had that. She didn't once explain the product she was using or why (just the tool that she was using) or examine my skin prior to working on it. Huh? Shouldn't you want to use product and ingredients based on my skin and not just what I think I may need? In the middle of the facial she used what seemed like a paper towel to wet my skin and it dripped in my ear the whole time which was annoying and not super professional. The skincare products were incredibly drying to my skin and smelled DISGUSTING. I was just excited for it to be over and it was clear this was just about their tools. Then on the way out they tried to tell me I owed them $50 and we went back and forth while they tried to tell me the date I was in there and with whom. After I finally said I've never in my life been here but will pay you your $50 they decided to verify my phone number and name and said "oh sorry I clicked the wrong name". Listen we all make mistakes but this place is unprofessional and clearly here for profit not because they care about skin health. Their cheaper prices represent the quality.
