Actually surprised it's been years since I have been in a Sams Club Maybe I am kind of jaded because I am from out of town and this isn't Costco. But first impression the store is really clean and seems to be fairly well organized. Just not really situated like it should be its sort of random with no real flow Testers are in an area that look like they are almost hiding even though they are not and thank goodness they are not busy because whey they are they would completely be in the way But amongst all the store folks are very nice and it's easy to pick up on that they are overworked and underpaid while 2 managers were trying to look busy when they should have been up front helping open another register or two read more

Train your employees BEFORE you allow them to provide ANY customer service. I went there because I simply wanted a card to purchase fuel. The young Russian girl had no idea how to issue a card. She finally called over grandma Moses who showed her the 87 step process to issue a card. I had to rush home for my blood pressure pills after this experience. read more

Great location and easy to find!! There is a large variety of products in this location!! I always get my coffee k cups here, so much cheaper than in the grocery stores. Also your non-perishables like paper products. You have to be careful though some things are not as good of a deal in bulk! Watch their flyers/monthly adds sometimes you can get their products on even better sales! Overall this is a great Sams's Club with nice staff and it's pretty well kept! read more

We've been Sam's club members since 2008 and typically visit the N 27th location in Lincoln, NE. The pharmacy shared that we should transfer a prescription from Walmart to them out of convenience and that they would match Walmart's price. This prescription was $10 for 90 tablets. Every so often we would refill and the price would try to creep up to $22.00 for 90. I would say something and they would immediately adjust to the price we were promised at transfer. Saturday March 10th when I went in to do some shopping and pickup the prescription the price once again was not correct. I mentioned the price and immediately the male pharmacist pushes into the window and without any discovery immediately and very directly tells me "we do not match Walmart prices". I said I would leave it behind and have it transferred. He never once stopped to better understand the transaction or the customer relationship. Sam's Club lost a member that day. Over a $12.00 difference in pricing which broken down is $4.00 monthly. I assumed at first the price might of increased. I called my local Walmart and found out the price was still $10 for a three month supply and they filled it immediately. At that moment I knew I would not go back into that store. First, I would like to remind Sam's that they asked me to transfer out of convenience. Two, I didn't come in that Saturday to be confrontational. I shouldn't have to explain myself but would of been willing to explain if I had been asked. I strongly suggest in the name of member service you do your discovery before you discount a Member Relationship. read more

I had a bad experience in this location. I brought 2 tires and they said 45K and 4 years is warranty and now I drove 20K and tires are gone, when I went to the tires dept they started behaving rude and said they can't anything in this matter. When I asked the reason, all they are saying is we can't to anything. I suggest not to buy tires here. read more

Thank you optical department for being so accommodating and pleasant!! I was on vacation visiting Lincoln when my glasses broke. I needed a new pair immediately. I always get my glasses from Sams Club back home in Chicago so I figure Id try the one in Lincoln. Call Sam's clubs are uniform which makes it easier as a consumer. I got my glasses with no problem and even mailed it to my home free of charge. Their lenses are affordable and good quality. They have a variety of frames that are durable and namebrand. I have fairly poor vision so it's important to have quality glasses. The optometrist also had a great bedside manner and knew her stuff. read more

This is a pretty nice store, the employees have always been very helpful, the prices good. They keep the store up fairly well, most "warehouse" stores I have been too are usually trashed, especially on weekends but not this one. I am also loving what they are doing with the remodel! read more

I love going to Sam's and using their app. They've got great selections for groceries and the staff is usually pleasant. I ordered groceries via pickup last week and was waiting in the stall for my order. The girl who brought my stuff asked for my ID, which I didn't have because I wasn't far from home and with touchless payments everywhere I've just been bringing my phone. Also, I wasn't aware I needed it to pickup my groceries. I said I didn't have it and she rolled her eyes at me. Lol, okay... professional. I pulled up my membership card with my name on it in the app and she huffs at me and says that doesn't tell her anything. I offered to drive home so she could check my ID and she said whatever and put my groceries in my backseat. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but employees who act like that aren't helpful to a business and their customers, especially in a stressful time like this. She could've explained to me politely that she needed to see my ID but instead she chose to be rude. I'll definitely be back, but I won't be doing pickup for a while. read more

I ordered 4 cases of water online, at the 27th and Superior store, with a pickup time between 10 and 11 the next morning. The 4 cases were in my cart, I was able to check out and pay, and got a confirmation email with an order number. The next morning, when I hadn't heard anything from Sam's Club about picking up my order, I contacted the store and was told that they were out of water. When I asked - how could I load my cart, check out and actually pay for my items? the manager I talked to didn't have any answer for me. The City of Lincoln is on mandatory water restrictions, hence my order, so I'm thinking my "purchased" water was allowed to be purchased by someone else. If I can't trust the store to honor my online purchases, then apparently that store doesn't want my business. Costco is getting my business from now on. read more

I ordered groceries online with the intention of picking them up. I got a text from Sam's Club stating that my order was ready for pickup and when I got to the club, I was to text them Reply A. When I got to the loading area, I texted and got an immediate text back that they didn't understand my reply. Then it indicated to text A to check in. I did that and got another immediate reply that they were "sorry for the inconvenience but there's a problem" and that I needed to go inside to the Club Pickup area to check in. At Club Pickup, I asked what the problem was and the woman there told me that they didn't deliver the groceries to cars but that we needed to come inside to check in. Now, I had sat outside in my car in the loading area and watched Sam's Club employees come outside and load 2 vehicles with groceries. I indicated this to the woman and she then said that when I got there, I needed to call and let them know I was outside. So, which is it? If I needed to call, why didn't the text tell me to do that? In this day of covid-19, I specifically wanted to avoid going in to the store, hence my online order to pick up. This is my second complaint about this Sam's Club. This is extremely poor customer service. read more

I bought a huge tv from this Sams and ended up breaking it on accident, I didn't buy the insurance or anything so I figured I was just screwed, I went over a month later for something different and just decided to tell them what happened and this cool guy named Jeremiah said bring it back we'll exchange it and I thought he was joking but he wasn't he's awesome that Sams is awesome everyone was awesome can't explain how happy I am, I thought I wasted 1500 dollars but they took real good care of me read more

Our experience of awful customer service and bad attitudes has led us to decide not to renew our membership. We needed to pick up fixtures ordered through the website, delivered to the wrong store, and had to drive all the way across town to this location because the nearer one would not allow us to pick them up there even though they were in stock. At N 27th, first they wouldn't let an employee pick the items up for us, then they weren't available. When they were finally available, Tammi, behind the desk, completely ignored me while she attended to two other phone calls and bemoaned the "line" she had to deal with (me and one other person). Then she was unable to communicate exactly where the check-in kiosk was located. Twenty minutes later, with no loading employee having arrived, I had to complain to a checker. Finally they located the cart of very heavy items sitting all alone, with nobody there to help load them. When someone finally arrived to help load, he was non-communicative and seemed unwilling to put much muscle into it. Overall impression of employees at N 27th-- there appeared to be a few hard workers walking around, but they couldn't compensate for the larger number with bad attitudes and poor customer service skills. This review relates entirely to the Tire Department. I've bought tires at Sam's for many years. Every time it has been a hassle, time-wise - but I figured that's what I would have to deal with because of their low prices. I had a tire that was going flat, so I took my car in, knowing it was time to get new tires. I did call ahead, and was told there was a 2 hour wait to get new tires - not a bad trade for the peace of mind of having new tires. When I got there: (a) I was told that not only were Michelins for my car not in stock, but they couldn't even order them (I didn't care if I got Michelins, and said so, but the salesperson seemed to be stuck on Michelins and wouldn't even look to see if any other brands were in stock); (b) it took 2 hours and 40 minutes for someone to "fix" my tire; (c) I learned that Sam's charges $15 for each tire they install; (d) there was a series of black handprints on my car door; and (e) the next morning, my tire was going flat again. I went to T.O. Haas on 24th and O Street (recommended by my trusted mechanic) and got a set of Michelins in the right size installed in less than an hour, for $70 less than I was quoted for the Michelins Sam's did not have in stock and could not order. I will never go back to Sam's for tires again. read more
