Shoes, shorts and headband. Tats sold separately.

Good selection of young boys clothing (size medium). Sales on shoes were good. We had a sales associate who was very helpful. We love the Nike outlet.

Great stop when you are in San Marcos. This is a must for me every time I am in the Outlets. Always have a wide variety of shoes and clothes. NO sporting goods, but if you need golf clothes I would absolutely stop in here. Don't forget to ask about military discount. Best days to shop are Tuesday - Thursday.

Purchased Apple Watch from Nike for Cyber Monday. Box was delivered without watch. Struggling to get my watch from Nike. Worst experience. Response from Nike for the watch attached. Think twice before buying. Need a lot of patience. Still waiting for an answer from them.

15's are hard to find :)

I was pleasantly surprised to find a ton of shoes in my size because it is very hard to find my size in the store. I always have to end up ordering them online and then wait for them to be delivered and then hope that they fit right. I was happy to see that I had a huge variety of shoes to choose from inside the store and they were at great prices. I'll definitely be making the trip back to San Marcos to the Nike outlet to get some more shoes in the near future.

I had gone and grabbed a couple pair of shoes about 2 weeks after we had gotten him a brand new pair of sketchers. He wanted the Niks.

Always produced a good pair of shoes without even preshopping. I've be going to tanger outlets since I was a teen and was able to buy my own clothes. Great price and style for a kid learning what my style was.

10% military discount. Nice prices and a big selection. I only wear Nike shoes but shirts, shorts, hats, and other Nike products are available.

I was able to go to be san marcos is outlets this weekend and it was amazing. I had not remembered that it was Easter weekend and led the Nike outlet head great deals on its clothing and its shoes. I had forgotten how big the attire was and that it was even here. Traditionally I would just go online or buy in a regular mall but making a trip to the outlets is going to be a constant thing as this was one if the best experiences I had. The sales they had and the additional % off made this trip worth it. I would have possibly spent a fortune elsewhere but I left the store with a whole season's worth of gear. I highly recommend going if you haven't and if you have recommend coming to when you have the chance.

Shoes i got from here. 50 bucks

We travel frequently and are strong fans of Clarks shoes. Whenever we see a Clarks store, especially at outlets, we always make time to stop by. This was our first visit to this particular store. The issue was the interaction at checkout. The lady at the cashier was so rude. I had already selected two pairs of shoes and was ready to purchase. At checkout, the cashier asked for an email ID. I politely clarified, "Not a phone number, right?" Her response was to raise her voice and sharply repeat, "EMAIL ID!" We are careful about sharing our personal data. We know we already have a Clarks account. My husband checked his email and could not find any messages from Clarks, and when our email address was entered, the system could not locate it. The system then prompted us to create a new account. I tried to clarify again, asking whether the system was now requesting a phone number since our email address could not be found. Instead of listening, she continued repeating "EMAIL ID!" in an increasingly rude and loud tone. What upset us most was not just the tone, but the lack of respect. It felt as though she assumed we did not understand English, which is not true. We both speak and understand English fluently. No customer should ever be looked down upon because of accent, appearance, or background. There were many professional and respectful ways this situation could have been handled, such as: "Yes, ma'am, we use email only, not phone numbers." "I'm sorry, our database is local. If your account was created at another Clarks store, it may not appear here, and a new account would be required." If opening a new account is required, customers should be clearly informed and given a choice. We chose not to create a new account because we already have one with other Clarks stores. If Clarks does not have a centralized database, this is something the company should seriously consider improving. Customers have the right to protect their personal data and to ask questions. Not all customers who ask questions struggle with English. Many are simply cautious about privacy. Personal data should never be demanded as if it is unimportant. This experience left us disappointed and disrespected. We hope Clarks will provide better training in customer service, communication, data privacy, and cultural sensitivity at this location.

I also believe the manager could benefit from additional training in customer service to ensure customers are treated respectfully and professionally. I picked up a pair of shoes to see how they would look , and the employees approached us in a very rude manner to tell us that we needed to have the boxes with us. I do not understand why this is necessary. If this is a store policy, it would be helpful to place a sign at the entrance so customers are aware of the rule before shopping.
