This location is cool. The staff is always helpful and the store was really clean. I wasn't able to find anything that I wanted on this trip but the awesome staff did all that they could do to keep me happy and returning. There was a young girl who helped me. She made many good suggestions. Just not the right shoes. Gotta love the Tanger Outlets of TN! The outlets are so convenient in the middle of everything attractive in Sevierville. The parking stinks at the outlets as this is peak season plus there are tons of stores to choose from. read more

Where is the heat was the first question I asked when we walked in. Although I don't consider myself a sneakerhead, I have been known to wear some pretty fire Nike's. I was hoping because we were in other state that their inventory would be unique. Sadly it just wasn't our day. Their merch is pretty consistent with the basic merchandise that I would find here in FL. I didn't leave with anything, but I will say that all the employees were friendly and I was glad to see that they were not only following safety protocols, but were enforcing them as well. One of the employees suggested we check out their clearance center as well for more unique styles. If ever in the area again, I would go back just to see if anything catches my attention. Pro-tip: Get there a little early, as a line formed before they even opened. read more

Nike Factory Store has a huge selection of shoes on sale and also on clearance. My son really does enjoy all the nice new shoes for him to wear to play football. I told my son for every good grade he makes in school, I would take him to purchase a new pair of shoes. My son now does homework and extra reading over the weekends just to make good grades in school for a new pair of shoes. The Nike Factory Store also has great customer service; my son and I always feel welcome at every Nike Factory Store. read more

Great prices in February! I can't believe I passed them up. I assumed my outlet at home would be just as good - wrong! On clearance they had shoes $25-$70 with an additional 30% off! The service in this place is awful. I was passed by at least 3 employees and none of them moved their lips to AT LEAST greet me. Instead, one in particular, kept standing in everyone's way with his negative energy, refusing to offer an "excuse me". Manners are clearly not an expectation for employees, here. This place has a great selection. However staff is just not friendly. Most of the girls on the floor are openly complaining about their job and how they can make their time pass by counting the songs play in the store. Than at the cash register, I added two headbands which were suppose to be $1.99 each and I got charged $6.97 each. When i get back, they were friendly and helpful almost until they did the math wrong and I had to fix it for them. The Nike store is large and has a great selection. One thing I've noticed with Nike, however, is that they mark items as clearance but they aren't really marked down much. When I think clearance, I think 50% or more. They had racks and racks of "clearance" clothing that would be marked $34.99 for example, but was originally $39.99. I like deals, but that's not that much of one. Also, I wasn't pleased to see this lady with her two dogs in the stroller wandering around the store. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs. But there is a place for them, and the Tanger outlet stores are not it when you have that many people walking around. read more

He was friendly but not in a fake I have to way but in a really making the customer a priority way. My family purchased 4 pairs of shoes and a couple other items at such a wonderful price that even my tightwad husband was happy with our total lol. This is 10th or so Nike factory I have been to. All there styles are 2-3 years old. They are also only 10-15% below whole sale. If you don't have the new styles at least have good prices. When I asked for a new style I was told to " order online". So don't bother coming done, go online. read more

I went to the Nike Factory Outlet in Sevierville, TN and it was a great experience. Three pairs of Nike's and socks for $140.00. Awesome. The employees were helpful, the store was clean. I'm a big guy but they had plenty of cool clothes. I hate to see a good store get a bad rating for not having a particular college team.
