The problem is that they congregate in groups all over the store and don't fan out to help anyone on a Saturday. I spent $70 on a pair of pants, and I had to find the (again, friendly) person to help me who was chatting with two coworkers. Then we get to the fitting room and press the button - no one shows up. Stick one of those employees at the fitting room because you absolutely have the staff to do that. Finally, Melissa roamed by to let us in and tried to sell us their lifetime membership. I go in the fitting room, walk out in the pants and I needed another size. She doesn't ask me how it's going or try to help because she's too busy giving a 10 minute speech to my (annoyed) husband, trying to sell this membership. I finally changed, went to get my own other size, and we paid for two items and left. They won't give you a bag, but they will give you a huge box. Recycling, I'm sure, but a little nonsensical and annoying. At the checkout, the other woman tried again to sell me this membership. She would not stop when I told her four times that I didn't want it. Management: The reason I didn't join is because of the terrible customer service. It annoyed me to spend a small fortune on two pairs of pants and while you are overstaffed (if groups of 2-3 employees are everywhere, give them a task - who is managing the store? Why the obsessive focus on selling a membership and none on serving people in the store?), nobody is actually helping customers.

Was also looking for shirts that they had at 2 for $20 and asked gentlemen if they had a certain size in the back but they didn't. However he was nice enough to check for me. It was the days after black friday so I am sure people wiped them out. Had a discussion with the cashier while we were checking out and he said black friday was crazy there were tons of people in there for the dales on Friday. Great place for good winter gear. The people who work here are really helpful and wonderful. I always feel welcome and have a great experience shopping here. It's helpful to sign up for their rewards program and pay attention to their changing sale pricing structure. I always wait till what I want is on sale. If you do, you can consistently get better prices than Amazon. I love these clothes for the gym and for travel. It's easy to just wash them in the sink and hang them dry if you are on the road. At home you can wash them on delicate and hang them dry or dry them on super low for 15 minutes or so and they are dry. I've bought a few of their polos recently as well and I'm really enjoying them. It's great to be able to see the styles in person and try things on instead of ordering online all the time. The management, sales people, and entire store team are doing things right here! They are attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I'll see you again soon!

The salesperson could have gotten the second shoe and waited with me as I tried them on since there was only one other customer in the store. Instead she went back to stocking shelves. Did she forget that the reason shelves are stocked is so that the shoes can be sold. I'd rather get the shoes at full price somewhere else than save 30 dollars buying from someone who treats customers like potential thieves. I value my self respect much more than I value money. Too bad this store's employee doesn't feel the same.
